They gave me exactly what I wanted. There was no ‘sales’ talk. Very pleasant people. Even allowed me to change my mind at the last minute ( perhaps because there had been an unavoidable delay in the fitting!)

DD (Glos) fitted our kitchen in 2025 and they made a truly fantastic job of it; transforming our small apartment. Based on our experience, we decided to use them again to update, upgrade and install a new fitted wardrobe. Yet again, we were not disappointed. From selection to fitting, DD (Glos) were there to help. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The fitters were clean, tidy and made sure they fitted what we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. Friendly too. I have no hesitation in recommending DD (Glos). Our thanks once again - to everyone.

The experience was fuss free and they did exactly what they said they would and when. We had lots of to-ing and fro-ing to make decisions on colour etc but every question was quickly answered and very happy with the makeover.

From the initial consultation through to the fitting of my new kitchen, everyone was incredibly professional, helpful and knowledgeable. They offered great suggestions and advice throughout, kept to the original timescale and kept me fully informed every step of the way.

I’m absolutely delighted with my new kitchen and couldn’t be more pleased with the whole experience. I would highly recommend them.

Karan and Jay were very easy to deal with and we have ended up with a gorgeous worktop and splash back, actually installed quicker and easier than we expected.

The Staff were very Helpful, not pushy, or any oversell, showed a variety of cabinet doors and furniture, and also an assortment of colours. Called to take measurements, and Helped chose the items I needed. Then set out the price, which we were Happy with, then gave us a preliminary date, and then contacted us to confirm. The Fitters were excellent, didn't hang around got on with the work, and left the kitchen clean and tidy. First Class.

We recently used Dream Doors, Shirley, Solihull for a kitchen makeover, new Quartz tops and new appliance's. The team at the Shirley showroom, Mandy the owner and Julie gave us great advice without any pressure. The installation went smoothly, and the attention to detail from the installation team was exceptional. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. A brilliant experience from start to finish!

I cannot praise Dream Doors Ossett enough. 5* from planning to seeing the end product. Such care and attention to detail, the workmanship from Dave our fitter was exemplary. The quality of the new doors is beautiful. I chose plain oak wood with the mussel finish and curved satin steel handles. All the old doors and drawer fronts were taken away and everything left clean and tidy. Can I thank all staff at this office too for all their help. Thank you Dream Doors Ossett.

Really poor service from this Company. Still have 1/2 a kitchen unfinished since May. No communication between office, work contractors and myself.

Absolutely delighted with the service from Dream Doors York. From the initial consultation through to templating and installation, James and Richard went above and beyond to ensure everything was finished to perfection. Communication was first class throughout, with clear updates at each stage. I had new quartz worktops fitted along with a ceramic induction hob, ceramic sink and mixer tap, and the workmanship was exceptional. The attention to detail and overall standard of finish were superb. I couldn’t be happier with the result.

Very happy with the new doors they have really transformed the look of the kitchen excellent service from the fitters very efficient and always helpful and cleaned up behind them. We had one little issue with door alignment which was speedily corrected the same day.

We recently had a kitchen refurbishment installed by the Wakefield franchise and are very disappointed with the overall experience.

We relied on professional in-home advice when choosing our kitchen. However, the final result does not reflect what was presented to us at that time. To be clear, we have not disputed what is written on the contract, our concern is how that decision was reached and the expectations set during the in-home consultation.

In addition, 9 out of 18 doors are faulty and require replacement, and there were also issues with missing items during installation.

What has been most disappointing is the lack of care and empathy shown when we raised our concerns. The response from the Wakefield branch has consistently focused on suggesting that we “do not like the colour,” which is not what we have said, rather than addressing the concerns we have actually raised.

We have attempted to engage constructively throughout. Following a response on Trustpilot from Dream Doors asking for our details, I have provided these as requested. I have also attempted to escalate this matter to Head Office directly. However, communication has been limited, and responses so far have been non-committal and have not addressed the core issue.

This has been a significant investment for us, and the handling of our concerns has left us feeling unheard and let down. This is not the level of service we expected from a national company.

We would welcome meaningful engagement from Head Office to help us resolve this matter.

UPDATE:
We have tried to resolve this amicably with the Wakefield franchise but have now reached an impasse.

We agreed in principle to a replacement kitchen to achieve a cohesive finish. However, this was made conditional upon full upfront payment, the removal of our online feedback and a significant waiting period for the replacement kitchen, which we did not feel was reasonable given the kitchen remains incomplete and unresolved. Our proposal of a staged payment approach was declined, and there is still no clarity regarding the agreed promotional fridge deduction.

The franchise has now withdrawn the replacement option and is only offering to complete the original installation, which does not address our concerns regarding the overall finish.

The kitchen remains incomplete and has not been signed off, with a number of issues previously acknowledged. Mediation with the Area Manager has unfortunately not led to a resolution.

We are now escalating this directly to Dream Doors Head Office for review and would welcome contact to help bring this matter to a fair conclusion.

I cant speak highly enough of Dream Doors Canterbury. From the day Simon arrived to discuss our requirements to the completion of the job we were kept fully informed.
We used Dream Doors for new worktops and flooring and it was all completed in 2 days.
