I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Drayton Boiler Services. Andy came round to survey our property at short notice when the old boiler died. I am a novice and he took time to answer my questions in a straight forward way so that I understood what work needed to be done. He also suggested a solution which another company hadn't come up with, which saved us huge amounts of prep work. The quotation was broken down really nicely and everything was explained within it in laymans terms. The price quoted was competitive and is what we paid. All the guys who came into the property to complete the work (from the main installer, Doug, to the apprentices and electrician) were polite, friendly, and tidy. The work took one more day than expected and I felt comfortable to leave Doug with a key for the day so we could go out to work and when I returned from work we had heating and hot water. Love our new boiler.

Drayton have been looking after our boiler for many years and have just replaced the pump. Martin the engineer is polite, courteous, knowledgeable and always cleans up before he leaves. With light coloured carpets it's a delight to see overshoes being worn.

Very professional and clean

We have used Drayton Boiler Services before, and they were our natural first choice when our boiler needed replacing. Martin the engineer was great, and a pleasure to have in the house. Everything went smoothly and he left the kitchen and the rest of the house clean and tidy. I really cannot fault Gary, Andy & the team and would not go back to BG Services if they were paying me!

Yet again great service from the guys at Drayton Boilers. They installed our new boiler with minimal fuss making sure we were able to access all areas around where they were working. Dust sheets were laid and after the first day the area was left tidy and clean. Upon completion they showed us how to operate the controls and time a program into our new control unit. A great job from initial contact to completion.

Quotation provided was very clear and contained all details of work to be done. Communication with team was great and always prompt to respond. Special praise to engineer (Steve) from my mum who was very polite and mindful of social distancing/housekeeping. Great job well done.

The team recently replaced a couple of radiators, a pump and some bathroom taps in my home. They were very professional throughout and also provided lots of good help and advice to me about the heating system. I have used Drayton before and would definitely recommend them for a fair price and good service.

Drayton arranged a visit for a quotation very quickly and provided a reasonable quote by email within just a few hours. I booked them to replace my boiler and one radiator and got an appointment in just a few days.

Two fitters were here for two days and stayed late to catch up after being delayed by problems removing my old boiler. They were polite, friendly and cheerful throughout, and respected Covid protocols, keeping socially distant and wearing face coverings.

They fully explained the boiler, controls, servicing, guarantee requirements etc and cleaned up well after themselves. No complaints at all - I would highly recommend.

Excellent service from Drayton: I had Drayton quote and come and install a new boiler for me , replacing most of my existing tanks at the same time. All of the guys I dealt with were really friendly and professional. Many thanks to Andy, Gary, Doug and Aaron for all of their hard work and great service. Having an issue with an odd noise after the installation and Andy popped in to assist troubleshooting the source of the issue. Couldn't ask for more.

My enquiry about a new boiler was dealt with promptly as was the follow-up survey. The process and options were clearly explained. Within a few days, I received an acceptable quotation and a date was agreed for the new boiler to be installed.
One man removed the old boiler, installed the new boiler, flushed the entire system and was not content until air in the radiators was illiminated. A second technician installed the new controllers and thermostat. Booklets were provided explaining the the controls and there was also a verbal briefing.
Three men were involved in the purchase, survey and installation process. The team were friendly, courteous, conscientious and very professional.
I would happily recommend the Drayton Boiler Company.
I have received my Gas Safe certificate, but I am still waiting for the boiler manufacturer’s guarantee certificate from the Worcester company.

In need of a new company to service our gas boiler I can strongly recommend Drayton who provided a first class service par excellence. Their engineer Martyn went that extra mile even troubleshooting faults inherent from the original installation by 'trusted' others. Martyn was technically well up to speed, steadfast, clean, tidy and polite.

The company took time to explain what a new boiler installation would involve, were punctual and polite throughout, and kept me informed what was happening as the job was being completed. Very good quality work with an explanation of the boiler's operation and things to look out for at the end of the installation.
