Misleading and dishonest trade
Bought a memorial LED candle for my cat’s passing. Description of it was that the light could be adjusted to multiple colours when in reality it was just one colour with a simple on-off switch. Approached Drawelry and instead of offering a solution they merely said that’s the way it is. Also the product appears to be very flimsily made for $32, like something one can pick up at the junk store.
This is dishonest selling of products with misleading description and bad customer service. Shall not trade again.

No way of contacting the company
Product wasn’t shipped on time and when contacted, I received an automated email that didn't actually answer my questions. No accountability or knowledge about where my order was and no way of changing my shipping option before it was shipped, because of their delay in processing

Easy to edit my own picture. Then packaging was a let down
Easy to edit and add my own picture, and easy to navigate.
Fast forward I received my custom rug on 12/12/2025. The product is perfect! BUT
Im really disappointed in the way it was packed and sent.
I paid $81.08 NZD for 60cm by 60cm round custom rug with a photo of my dog.
It was folded roughly and squashed into a track pack bag and when fully opened it had a deep crease and bends all over the rug that I can’t just iron out it looks badly wrinkle when on the carpet.
I would have paid more for sturdy packaging in a tube if I had known and not a track pack bag.
I’ve come back on here to change my review from a 5 to 1 star the product is amazing and good quality. And could have been perfect if there was a thought of care in the way this item is shipped making sure there are no creases in it at all.
