Very poor service
My daughter has been a registered medical cannabis patient with this company for over a year. Over this time the prescribing specialist has consistently missed appointments, as in every single appointment needed to be chased up with the company, leading to delays in prescribing essential pain medication. When a prescription can be obtained, it can then take an excessive time to be sent to the pharmacy, where it can sit unfilled for over a week.
The cherry on the top is that, having given up and started registration with a different company, they want to charge £35 for a discharge letter to allow my daughter to move to a more efficient service.
