Have just received my first order from here after lots of googling for sheepskin boots and slippers. Order arrived within couple of days and well packaged. The boots and slipper are both beautiful, very well made with good soles. True to size. Extremely warm and comfortable and look so smart. The prices are totally justified by the quality of the items. Absolutely worth every penny. Website was easy to use and I was kept updated on delivery and dispatch. Highly recommended and lovely to buy quality British made goods. Thank you.

Complete service with notification and prompt delivery

Always had these slippers for years, thanks to my Mum who bought a pair for me every Christmas. She passes away sadly in December, so for the first time I had to buy my own. Pair I bought were wonderful and comfortable as always, but developed loose thread. Customer services were excellent and replaced them with no fuss. A real gem of a company. Will gladly buy more.

Very fast delivery and good quality product, have worn church's slippers for many years but the style I prefer has been discontinued by them. These are very similar style and quality appears to be just as good.

Ordered slippers size 9 (which I've been all my adult life). Arrived quickly after ordering, but they were too small although they were marked as size 9 they could of been 8s or smaller.
Did call their office after receipt to discuss (as it suggested in their delivery paperwork) but nobody called back. Returned for a full refund which did come through quite quickly.
I did expect better form an English company.

Phoned my order through as I wanted to pre-order a pair that are currently out of stock.
Was all dealt with efficiently and in a friendly manor, with the first pair arriving far quicker than expected.
Once again a lovely pair of slippers well made and very comfortable. Because of problems I have with my feet I need ease of putting on and warmth and these have both.
