Fast, cheaper then elsewhere, trustworthy

This is my place to go for liquors, they have great promotions from time to time and the delivery is also great in a well protected box.
The only minor if I put it this way, is the wine selection, not a lot of brands but the price is still good, but I assume for that you can go to a specialized wine house.

Great selection online, but terrible handling of customer care. The courier lost the parcel, and customer care is stringing me along. Wait longer. Even though I had an email from the courier saying: sorry, we lost the parcel. This is now a PayPal case and I hope to get my money back. What a shame, as I really liked the selection of Scotch which is really great.
Unfortunately I can’t recommend as their customer service is not trying to help once a problem occurs. Will not use again.

Ordered and paid for 2x 24 bottles tonic water but only 1 pack arrived. I call this fraud.

Excellent customer support! When putting in the order I had accidentally forgot to give up my housenumber. The email that I had sent to their customer support was quickly adressed and the mistake was rectified swiftly. Packiging was perfect! Swift delivery.

I am ordering for years and I _never_expirienced any problem. all of my orders have been delivered within 1-2 days. Drankdozjin is one of my favourite shops connected to whisky and I only can recommend it to any customer. Dozens of orders with full satisfication as result. Im just impressed and I will go on with ordering at their shop. Just try, it wont be a disapointment.
