Amazing company. Did multiple repairs in my home. Very happy with the outcome. Will continue to use them. HIGHLY recommend!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Drain King Plumbers was beyond disappointing — it was disgusting.

I called them because our shower pipes were clogged. They sent someone out and told me I didn’t need to stay home, as the plumber could handle the job independently. Big mistake. I came home to an utter disaster. My brand new floors had marks, the bathroom looked like a war zone, and to top it all off — they used my son’s school uniform from the laundry basket to wipe up gunk from the floor. They even used one of my face towels to clean the mess.

As a caregiver and mother, I had to clean up their filthy work late at night and try to salvage my son’s uniform for school the next morning. When I called to complain, the owner, Jason, had the nerve to tell me, “At least it was the shower and not the toilet,” and “At least the uniform didn’t have fecal matter.” That’s their standard of professionalism?

They threw me a $200 credit as if that would fix the sheer disrespect and unprofessional behavior. No integrity. No accountability. No care for customers.

Plumber was right on time.He was respectful and everything went smoothly. I thought the price was little too high but that is the way all plumbers operate. Their head office worker Kailee G was excellent - she is the reason I went with this company.

The plumber provided the service should provide information first. Instead, he stated to the tenant that the toilet was out of date (the condo was less than 10 years old). He was not able to unclog the blockage and kept on pushing for using more equipment and asked for more money. I also did not get the $25.00 off as the first-time customer.

Update; after posting this review they called me! They apologized and sent a more experienced plumber. They allowed us to use the money we paid towards the fix. We now have a working toilet! Benjamin was amazing.

First post:After explaining our toilet situation and all the trouble shooting we'd already done; ( snaked the drain, adjusted water level and chain), the plumber sent insisted it was a clog that was causing our toilet not to fully flush. He used an auger to try to clear it and poured numerous buckets of water down (they went down with no issue). Stated there was no clog, charged us almost $300 and told us we should get a new toilet and quoted $1400. Our toilet is only 2yrs old!He could not explain what was different about the new toilet that would fix the issue. He did no other trouble shooting and left the toilet in worse working condition then before. I am fully unsatisfied and when I called to complain I was told a supervisor would call me back and no one has after 1 week and a couple times I tried to follow up. Do not use this company, they don't know what they are doing, will over charge you and provide terrible customer service!

Responded to my request within minutes & had someone at my house within the hour for a free estimate. The technician was clean and professional, explained our options thoroughly and without pressure, and then conducted the service the same day once approved by my spouse and me. It wasn't cheap, but it wasn't unreasonable & I felt good about what I paid for the service & warranty I was getting. I don't think you can go wrong with these guys!

We had a sewage leak in one of our bathrooms and we contacted Drain King Plumbers. Jason and his team were very professional and on time. They fixed the issue very quickly and at a very reasonable price. I will definitely recommend and use their service in the future.
