Do not use this product. It turned my carpet white, it is now ruined and the excuse I got from the company was that I used too much product, I didn't use too much. I gently squeezed the product out and if someone used too much product for instance then it shouldn't ruin your carpet. My carpet has been down less than two years.

Product is dr.beckmann service-it deep clean. Lemon fresh.

Well not buying this again. I purchased 2 as i have 2 machines. 1 for our clothes and one for our dogs stuff. I followed instructions and dog one machine smells no different and the other smells lemony but looks like grey sludge dots everywhere. Don't know if that means it was too bad for 1 treatment or what. I usually buy the dettol one with no issue so now i don't know what to do. Manually clean or do a normal detergent cycle?? Wish i could share a picture to this review!!

Bought the stain remover for clothes and some glo white. Both of these products did nothing, the stains are still there not even faded and the whites are still grey. Absolutely fed up of products that don't live up to expectations especially as they weren't cheap with being a recognised brand.

I've been ordering from this company almost monthly for a while now, I'm on I think my 4th or 5th order, I absolutely love their products. My ride or die is their Odour Remover for fabrics in the wash, it's outstanding at removing smells from damp towels, those horrible moments when you realise you didn't empty the machine the night before, sweaty gym clothes and just generally keeping everything so clean and nice smelling for so long. I've also used their food, grease and sweat stains remover and have had fabulous results on stains I thought were permanent. That's not to mention all the other fab products I've used like their machine cleaners and the carpet scrub as well, I'm a big fan! Usually when I order I get 5 items, they're a fraction of the price or supermarkets and amazon when you order direct, they usually arrive in 2 working days if not the next working day after I order. Not often I get flawless experiences like this from businesses so I'm super happy! Thank you!

PROCEED WITH CAUTION.

I used the stain remover on my carpet and it took the colour out of my carpet. It must have some sort of bleach in it that can damage carpets.

Not impressed.

The company have a really good customer service. I had a bad colour run on some white napkins and couldn't get back with the product. I called the helpline, the staff Helen kindly offer me to send the item to them, after some days they send it back with the colour run removed! It was really helpful.

I used the washing machine cleaner exactly as the instructions. Foam came out of the machine from the detergent drawer and the drum door. A mess to clean up. This product should be avoided. This is the first and last time of using it.

I’ve got to rave and rave about this stuff. My little nephew spilt a whole glass of red wine all over my cream carpet. It went everywhere including up my cream walls. I used kitchen roll to dab up most of the wine. I put down salt for two days to take out the wine. However, the large stain was still there it was horrendous. I had visions of having to replace my whole living room carpet until my son recommended this. It took less than 5 mins for all the stains to be removed. I hardly had to scrub with the brush. I still cannot believe this. You need to have a bottle of this in your home. I only wish I had taken a before picture. Honestly it’s a miracle. I don’t know what else to say. Worth every single penny and so much more. And you can get it in any supermarket, Brilliant, fantastic, amazing solution. My carpet looks like new. The wall definitely has to be repainted though.
