Missing parcel.
My parcel was due to arrive 18th July. Delivery was attempted at the completely WRONG ADDRESS. Luckily the occupants weren't home. Otherwise my daughters new scooter would have been give freely to strangers. The parcel was sent back to Dagenham due to be delivered today 19th July. Now at 1609 and zero update on my delivery. My daughter is gutted and I'm furious. The most unhelpful customer service. Nobody could tell me why my parcel wasn't sent out for delivery today as PROMISED by DPD customer service. I will certainly avoid using DPD in the future. 0 stars.
