Virus scan picks it up?!?!
Never did really get it to work very well.
Now every time my virus program scans, it picks up every file in Do Your Data Recovery, as infected.
Decided to just delete it all to be safe.

I purchased their product DoYourClone Enterprise for Mac Lifetime License paying EUR 207,06 and installed it on Mavericks and Ventura, strictly observing their installation instructions. In both cases, the software failed to make a copy of my system disk. I sent four emails to doyourdata.com, first asking for help, then requesting the reimbursement of my purchase. No answer whatsoever was received. Conclusion: ABSOLUTELY AVOID, you will lose money and be left with non-working software.

DoYourData Mac Data Recovery software
I just bought your Mac Data Recovery Software (Lifetime License), installed it, tested it on an external hard drive (5TB) which is attached to my Mac mini and am ABSOLUTELY IMPRESSED with the result. Yes, the scan takes some time (about 55 hours in my case), but the result is amazing. I was looking for about 12’000 images in a number of different formats (i.e. JPG, Tiff, PEF, and PNG). These images got accidentally deleted by a back-up app which I have used for a few years. What made the situation especially bad was that the backup software also deleted/lost the images on my duplicate back-up disk. I figured the images were lost forever and felt really bad. Next I searched for a possible recovery solution and found your "Do Your Data Recovery Pro". I believe your application found all the images. To me who has worked in IT for 50 years the result was astonishing. I did not know that it was possible to recover ALL the images in such a situation. But your application did just that.
I love your application and the results. You have a great product, a superb customer service team, and, of course a fantastic team of software engineers.

Yesterday I downloaded Doyourdata super eraser to clean the external disk, but I couldn't do it without purchasing the full licence, so I decided to delete it, but I cannot do this. I STRONGLY advice against it.

Rip of scammer, but good software
The software is great. Ive used it for years but I've since found that they make it very very complicated for you to cancel your subscription.
They send you to another website with a screen capture of how to do the cancellation but the website looks nothing like the nstructions.
For this reason I consider them right up there with internet scammers.
I'd would recommend another company.
