I ordered a pair of men’s sandals from this company. There was a long delay in delivering. I emailed them and there was a further delay (it took around 3 weeks to reach me). When I checked the company was in Singapore and shipping from there rather than a local distributor. They did arrive eventually but the item was faulty. The lettering on the items was misspelt Summer ‘Adevnutres’ (for Adventures) and the finishing was really bad. I emailed to ask for a refund but was told I’d need to return the item (at my own cost) to China before a refund would be considered. With no guarantee of getting the refund, this would be a costly risk. The company knows you won’t risk returning them. So effectively, I feel that this is an untrustworthy site, as goods are are substandard and realistically cannot be returned.
