This review relates to the East Ham branch. In my opinion and speaking for myself I have bought and sold many properties and used many estate agents over the years however this agent over promises and under delivers, the amount of calls I had to make and the amount of emails I had to write in order to chase up and push forward was unacceptable. I personally would never recommend or ever use this company again. I suggest you find an alternative agent in this area!

I bought a property through Sean a couple of months ago. Sean was a reliable and fair mediator throughout the Sale. I like how he matched the sellers aspirations with my particular situation. I’m grateful for the integrity he displayed even when he received counter offers post an agreed sale.

We sold our house with the Wooodford Green Branch of Douglas Allen and were extremely impressed with the service we received. Stephen Ford in particular worked tirelessly and continuously kept in contact with all parties ensuring the goal of exchanging contracts was achieved.

It was a difficult period selling my father's property as his health was deteriorating quite rapidly. Maureen Grey the Senior Branch Manager at Douglas Allen East Ham Branch was most helpful and key to the sale of the property. Maureen would always up date me and even contact myself out of her normal office hours to provide updates and to enquire as to my father's health. In the end she got an offer for my father's property higher than the asking price and I can not thank her enough for her professionalism and assistance with the entire process. I wish her all the best in her future and will always remember the top quality service she provided my entire family.

This is our second time using the Douglas Allen team in Walthamstow. After buying our first property though them we have now sold a property with them as well. Maria was a friendly and approachable first contact discussing all then ins and outs of selling, most importantly she was honest and transparent about the whole process. Always able to answer any questions we had, and steered us through to completion. She also gave great advice on our search for a new home. Her team assisted us with chasing up the sale of our property and Ella was brilliant when time became a factor for us. I’d be entirely confidant at recommending Maria and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
