Massive "Rotten Eggs" ZERO STARS review. SCAM ALERT!!
This is NOT a legitimate operation. Sure. They'll send you a product. Something cheap, for which they charge a massively inflated price, which includes massive shipping costs from CHINA built into the price, but was shipped out of Illinois in AMERICA. To return the item, you must ship TO CHINA at inflated costs to do so. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Just look at all the real warnings in all the negative reviews below - NONE of which can be seen from their website. In hindsight, there were warning clues I ignored. No order number was issued, for one. When you want to return it, it ships to CHINA at a very high cost, which YOU PAY. Even though it shipped to me from the U.S.. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I bought 4 bras from dotmalls. They come to 75.00 with shipping. I used the size chart they had and when I recieved them the return address was new jersey, and the bras was to small so i wanted to send them back and get a refund and like everyone else I was told it will cost $50 to $80 to ship them back to China and u could get an 8.00 refund to keep them. And Like everyone else the material was not a very good one,if your bigger than a B cup forget it. It will not do anything for you. And the website said they would help your posture ( maybe help u drag). Anyways I kept going back and forth with emails about how they come from new jersey and not China and getting a full refund, but all I ended up getting was 20.00 back and keeping what they call a bra. I am very disappointed that I didn't check out the website before I ordered. So how can we get it out there to people that this place is a scam and rip off? It needs to be posted somehow when people goes and orders from the site or Facebook (which is where I seen the site) that it's a scam and not to order. And it is not a credited bbb. If you want to send the order back for exchange or refund, the return shipping fee needs to be afforded by yourself.

Considering the high shipping fee to return it all the way back to our warehouse (about return shipping fee is $50-$80), will it be possible to offer a $8.00 refund to you as a way to make up for this? It is more convenient for you.

Well that's weird. I have to send to China and it came from new jersey from what the tracking says. This is a rip off and the bras are nothing like it said when I ordered them . I will let u no about sending it back.

No I will pay and ship the 4 Bras I got back to new jersey at the address that they was shipped to me from . But I would like to get a refund back for each bra of 15.00 each so that's 60.00. At least I'm not losing to much then. After all I did go by your size chart and ordered what was supposed to fit me and it doesn't. The least u could do is this and I would just be losing my shipping.

No 20.00 is not enough to keep the 4 bras I paid 60.00 for . And your website does not say the returns have to go back to China, si you are just ripping people off.
I would be willing to take 40.00 for the 4 bras In a refund ,.could u do this for me? So the most I could get was 20.00 and that was going back and forth with them.

Found out this is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY GOT 90.00+ FROM ME. I'M SO SICK OF THESE ONLINE BANDITS. BEST RULE OF THUMB DON'T ORDER FROM "UNKNOWN COMPANIES." IN MOST CASES IF IT'S FROM CHINA IT'S CRAP ALSO, THE PICTURES ARE NOT THE REAL DEAL.

Do not order from this company. I order 2 bras $50.00 + shipping. Ordered according to the size chart. They look like traing bras. The size was like xx small. I ask to return they said it would cost 50 to 80 dollars to return to China. They offered me $8.00 to keep them.

At least I'm not alone in being scammed by this fraudulent company! They wanted a reason why I wanted to return and I replied:
"I wish to return the items in question for the following reasons:
1. Unacceptable materials. Plastic?
2. Substandard fit. Sizing incorrectly.
3. Inferior workmanship.
4. Odor. They stink! In a shipping container too long?
5. Fraudulent advertising of product on website.
6. Just plain UGLY!

Is that enough "detailed return reason" ? Just send HOW TO return information. And I expect a full refund of the US dollars submitted for this ridiculous product!"

So this is how you do business in China? This is what you say is a fair "return policy." Sure doesn't do much for China/USA relationships. I wouldn't donate this product to a charity so I will put it in the garbage where it belongs. Shame on you! And shame on me for getting sucked into your scam!

I had just received my items and the description on their site was wrong. First could track the package so was unsure i would receive
When they finally arrived items were way too small. Your site says I can return in original packaging and proof of purchase (which i have )but told the slipping will cost me more than the product cost! If the company was reputable should listed not only the customer responsible for cost of return and that cost may exceed price of product.
I did try to contact (finally found email and phone number) but no response. This is the first and last time I will order anything from Dotmalls-buyer beware, read the reviews prior to ordering anything..

I wish I had read these company reviews before I had to experience this for myself. I purchased two items totaling $60, waited an inordinately long time to receive the merchandise, then once I did, discovered that the quality was absolutely terrible, AND THAT IT WOULD COST "$50-$80 TO RETURN THE ITEMS!" DO NOT EVER BUY SOMETHING FROM HERE. I ordered what appeared to be stained glass birds perched on a branch that gets attached to a metal base. I paid $44.99 and $9.99 S&H. Was going to give it to a friend as a thank-you gift. When I received the item I noticed a small scuff mark/rough area on the branch. I contacted the seller to make a return and was told I could return it but I would have to pay the return shipping to China and the cost would probably be $50-80 so instead they offered me an insulting refund of $6 to keep the item. I was interested in ordering one of their pretty bras. I looked at their sizing chart and with that, I stopped, did NOT order. Because it says that If you are a LITTLE FAT order next size up. Really??? I have never been so insulted in just reading a size chart.

Do not purchase from "Dotmalls"---I am sure this is a China Fraud. I saw a pretty bra. What I received about 1 month later-was not the same product at all but a much cheaply made model that did not even close correctly -the products both of them -were not as pictured. I've read some reviews and others had similar experiences. Poor quality, skimpy, thin "lace". I never want to see their ads again-they are lies. By the time you see for yourself the shoddy quality and hear others tell of rip off prices to attempt a refund you, like me, will realize it's not worth the $8 refund Dotmalls gives you. The Better Business Bureau and FBI need to be informed of this fraud being perpetrated on many people.

Have ordered from them before and it was a disaster just like all these reviews. But I AM WONDERING- does it REALLY cost $50-$80 to return 2 bras (hardly any weight) to China? Has anyone in these reviews ever gone to the Post Office and attempted or actually shipped their package back to China? If so, what was the cost?

I SUSPECT that Dotmalls tells their customers that it costs so much to return and offers an $8 refund (an absolute joke) to discourage customers from returning their purchases so they won’t have to fully refund their money.

ALSO-if it really does cost that much for shipping, how the heck do they afford to send us our purchases? Since they sell some items under $50? Does shipping cost less for the seller than it does for the buyer?

ONE MORE THING-I have seen a number of the items that Dotmalls sells (such as their shoes) for a much MUCH LESS price on the TEMU website. Yes, they are also in China, but have very good service and full refunds, lots of sales and discounts, and their prices are so cheap you wonder if it’s a scam-but believe me it’s not!!! So if you order something from them, don’t like it but also don’t get around to returning it, it’s not a big deal cuz you spent very little money on it. Good luck and blessings to you all!!!

Bought the "Dotmalls Sapphire High Hardness Anti Blue Light Intelligent Dual Focus Reading Glasses" in +4.0/for 75-79 year old users. My reading prescription if for +4.0 so these should work.

They do magnify but the view across them is distorted making them worse then Walmart $9.95 glasses. Their "PROGRESSIVE" claim is wrong. The rest of the viewing area is all a blur. The "near distance" area is not shaped as their advertising shows but is a press molded circular area that causes a sudden change in the picture when you go outside it.

Now let's talk about their return policy. It states the customer pays return postage. Return postage quoted by them is $50-70 to them in China. They did offer a $15 discount on replacement bad $39 glasses.

Not returning at my expense false advertised merchandise unless the seller pays return postage but am going to have my credit card company withhold payment to them. ORDER #MR158182

Very cute style, HORRIBLE construction and materials. It's a shame, they are definitely losing repeat customers. I won't buy from them again.
