I ordered an electric mobility scooter…
I ordered an electric mobility scooter in early January 2026. The next day I got a order confirmation, but for the wrong scooter. This was, I thought, sorted. Several weeks later, despite an initial promise of a delivery within 3 to 5 days, the scooter arrived and when I started to unpack it, I realised it was the wrong scooter, a different wrong scooter! Before getting it out of its box I realised that the keys and the remote control were missing. This is when the problems started. Their attitude from the very beginning was so unhelpful and unapologetic. I was seriously speechless at their behaviour . Eventually, they collected the scooter and it took them several weeks to examine it to ensure I had caused no damage and I eventually received a full refund since three and a half months after my initial order. I received an apology which I accepted, but then received an invoice for the return of said scooter!! Which I did not pay. Unless you are very laid back and have endless patience, I would look for another company. I was swayed to use them by their star rating!
