First experience with e-cards

First experience with e-cards. The first site I tried was not sufficiently user-friendly so I gave up and tried Doozycards instead - very happy!

Thank you for the quick response. I'll do better next time

I couldn't find the spot where I could specify what date to spend the card and I forgot to do it. So I will need to learn more about the site to use it correctly.

Clever cards but some minuses

I couldn’t open the reply to my card after cutting and pasting the code. Tried several times. Also I would be more willing to pay by the card than to pay $24 a year.

The process went smooth

The process went smooth, but I would much rather have made a single payment than signing up and going through the process of canceling a subscription.

Hi Jim; thank you for the review. We are concerned about your note because our membership is designed to be a single payment without having to cancel anything. Do you mean cancelling the Free Trial? If you wish to remain a member, simply let the free trial expire and it will roll over into your membership and the payment will go through at that time. You don't have to do anything.

You failed in getting my e card to my… to get my card accepted. I will not use you again. Please cancel my payment

You failed in getting my e card to my brother in the UK. IT was so difficult. I tried 2 or 3 times. I wanted to send the Queen e card I typed the words twice. So I gave up and now I will have to cancel PayPal because will probably charged me regardless. So👎

I want to cancel immediately

I want to cancel immediately. Doozy cards is nothing short of a scam. Easy to input credit card info. Impossible to generate an ecard.

You can easily cancel your free trial or subscription at any time using "My Profile" and "My Account" on the website. Or we would be happy to help you cancel your account if you contact us at Support@doozycards,com. At that address we also offer free technical assistance with sending our ecards or any other function of our website with which you may want help. Also there are easy to use videos that walk you step by step through the ecard sending process on our YouTube channel and in our Help pages.

Beware!

Beware!! After signing up for a trial immediately I had 2 unauthorized charges for 18.00 from this company and ON TOP of that .. that site your card will get compromised.. within an hour I was getting alerts from my bank that there was 3 fraudulent charges on my credit card for LYFT .. so BEWARE when giving your credit card info to this company

We are sorry to hear this alarming event happened to this customer. Credit card fraud is awful and should happen to no one. We are unassociated with Lyft or any other company. When this customer contacted us, we scanned our code and found no malware nor viruses nor evidence of hacking of our site by nefarious operators. We have had no other complaints of this nature.

We believe the two instances of the $18 the customer saw may have been the normal credit card authorization and voiding of the authorization. Many online businesses perform a quick authorization of credit cards to be sure they are not fraudulent and are in good standing. A smaller amount of money than the actual purchase price is tapped on the card and returned within 8 to 24 hours. No money is ever received by our firm.

Needed a fun card for a child's birthday. Doozycards had the perfect fit, lots of choices, and easy to send.

I was happy to find these cards. They're creative and different than others I have found. The best part was that the recipient said the card "made her day"!

When I had trouble signing up for the…

When I had trouble signing up for the 10 day free trial, my email was quickly responded to. I have only sent one ecard out so far, but I didn't see any place to send the ecard at a future date. I am inquiring if this is a possibility, however even if you can have the card sent at a future time, the website was not clear.

Thank you for your feedback, Susan. You can absolutely set a card to go out at a future date, up to a month ahead. At the bottom of the page on which you prepare your card to be sent, there is a drop down menu with the future dates for you to select. It should be right above the "Send" button.

Having only used this site for one…

Having only used this site for one event- my granddaughter's 6th birthday- my review might be premature. Nonetheless, for my first time, I am pleased. The site was easy to navigate and the variety & number of choices and options are fine for my needs.
