I was disappointed in the quality of…

I was disappointed in the quality of the content of the cards. I thought most of them were quite cheesy. Many of them would not load for preview. Some of the singing messages were not audibly understandable. I was also disappointed that I could not send the card via text. I will not be ordering or sending any more of these eCards, and I will not extend my subscription after the free trial.

Hi Cindy, to find our cards with more mature sentiments and a more elegant style, try using the Styles menu or the menu on the left side of the category page you may be on, depending on the device you are using, and select "Traditional" or "Beautiful". Those categories will have cards with less cheese so to speak. For assistance with the loading issues, please feel free to reach out to our free technical support team at Support@doozycards.com. If you choose not to continue, please be sure to cancel your free trial before it expires so that you won't be charged. Our Support Team can assist you with that as well.

Worst card site ever

Worst card site ever, sent a singing card to my son on his 60 birthday it only showed a photo no singing and no message from me his mother, so disgusted in your service.

We checked on the card that was sent; it appears to have been the Talking Queen Elizabeth ecard, which is not a singing or musical card. The card did work on our computer, indicating there may be a technical issue on the receiving computer. We will be happy to assist your recipient with whatever technical issue may have caused it not to speak your message correctly.

I sent a ecard to my granddaughter on her birthday. she didn't receive it. so sad, I was going to try your company by signing up with the free trial. I'm not pleased with your service so therefore I would like to use this as my cancellation notice. please do not charge my account with PayPal. I would appreciate you acknowledging that you have received my notice.

Dear Genie, we are very sorry to read that your card did not arrive as planned. looking at your account, we actually don't see that any card was sent out, so perhaps there was some error during the preparation and sending stage.

We have cancelled your Free Trial on our own end, and we have asked our Customer Service rep. to cancel your subscription to us in your PayPal account.

Buggy cards at times (are not…

Buggy cards at times (are not interpolating the user contributed inputs fast enough and freeze repeatedly i.e. antiquated server pathway insufficient to handle client base), mediocre platform, feels and looks very dated.

The customer appears to be writing of our Talking Cards, which make up 7% of the 2,000 ecards we offer. While the talking function is provided by a third party with whom we contract, and with whom we will certainly check, it may also be the case that server speed may be slow on the user's end or in-between. We suspect this may be the case as this is the only complaint of this kind we have received. We will certainly investigate.

Our site design, referred to here as our platform, is currently being redesigned and tested. We intend to launch the design upgrade this year.

Dear Mr. Nader, We have a very simple, efficient solution for this problem. You can cancel your subscription, which is what renews memberships annually, in your Profile. Once logged in to your membership, click on "My Profile" in the menu bar and then on the menu option, "My Account". On those tabs you will find your subscription and an option to cancel it.

We wish you luck in your next run for the US Presidency.

Too hard to find relevant info on site, prices etc

Unable to find a price/cost for these cards anywhere, I thought I was sending a free one which apparently doesnt required an account (thats not really true) and now I find that I will be charged 24$ USD for a year after the trial, that I never actually wanted. Hey people, dont trick customers into becoming customers, people tend to resent that. I cant afford 24$ USD, as IM in australia and its nearly going to be doubled!

Thank you for writing us your concerns, Olga. To enjoy sending our cards for free, you can simply cancel your free trial membership before the 10th day and there is no charge at all. Send as many of our cards as often as you like, then cancel and you won't pay anything.

I sent one card and found a 24 dollar bill from Doozy on my credit card? I am not happy about this. Too difficult to figure out what a person is getting into when they send one. It is the billing that upsets me. 24 dollars for one card? Really?

Hi,
Thank you sincerely for trying our service. All new memberships start with a 10 day long Free Trial period. If anyone does not want to be a member, if they just wanted to send one card and go, they cancel their free trial before the 10 days are up and there is no charge at all and no membership. Most customers sign up for the 12 month long annual membership and expect that charge after the 10th day of the trial. The $24 is for the whole year during which you can send all our 2,000+ cards as many times as you wish. For example, say a member sends 20 cards in the year, that makes each card's cost only $1.20.

If you truly did not intend to become a member, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Support department. They can be reached at Support@doozycards.com.
