Over promised and under delivered
Ordered an external door through this company on 9th December 2020 having called to ensure that it was in stock as I needed it urgently for a flat refurb. Customer service team were really lovely and told me the item would be dispatched two days later and would be with me within a week as it was in stock (they had apparently done a physical stock check). Door did not arrive within the week and so I chased it up. Again customer services were very pleasant, apologised and followed up with their dispatch team. I was assured that I would receive the door before Christmas. Chased the order again on 21st December as it still hadn't arrived. Again very pleasant customer service team but something had gone wrong and it didn't seem like the door was in stock after all. Order was cancelled on 24th December. Very pleasant people in customer service team but did not deliver the item I needed urgently and have left me in a difficult position as regards my refurb. Very disappointing. I will not use them again.

Hi, I am very sorry you have had a bad experience regarding delivery, we are a family run business, with myself, my husband, daughter and 3 staff members trying our very best through the pandemic, which has been extremely hard indeed, we have tried our very best not to let customers down, this would have been our of our control, this would not have been intentional and we are trying our up most to provide a 5 star service.
