I don’t even want to give one star. I got a message that my package was outside my apartment door 5 days ago, I never saw it even if I went out 10 minutes later. My neighbors would never ever steal a package and when I contacted costumer service they say that I should contact the company that I ordered from even thought they are obviously not the problem here. So unprofessional and I’m so disappointed
Out of 4 deliveries only 1 have been successfully delivered on time. They claim they have delivered the other ones as well but the packages had to be resent again causing a long delay and annoying interactions with customer service.Compared to competitors that rarely/never mess up. Will avoid stores using Dooris in the future.
I ordered a book and it was delivered fast. Thank you for this! All es expected.

Everything worked as it should, smoothly, without any problems or even questions.

Did not deliver package. They don't ask for a code to the house and then claim that the code didn't work. When they can't deliver they don't try again or hand it over that another facility, they IMMEDIATELY send it back to the store.

Competely useless company. They dont deliver the products, they don't know where the products they don't delivered are - or why they were not delivered. The customer support also lies in their communication.

Auuu. If I can give under the zero I would like to give. You guys are the worst company that exsist. Yes, you delivery during the night, and if you can't deliver it because of door code or something, you can't leave it somewhere else becauseee youuu delivering during the night!! So Im writing you with all my details and everything that I need to deliver my package, Im recieving a mail from you that you update it my delivery info and send it to courier company. OK. Next night same story, package is not delivered because of door code, following night the same, same reason. And now you bring back my package and I need to fix and searching for my package because You are incapable of doing anything. No english version of site, no facebook or instagram, no contact number so we can call maybe you to talk with you directly. I want real answer not automatic 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
