Such a shame

Such a shame. Had purchased in person quite a few bits at the UKTTA convention and really liked the products and the people behind the brand.
Followed up with an order, which I had hoped would be available for a holiday, but after nearly two weeks of no dispatched items and no response to emails, I’m left regretting the purchase. Reading other people’s experiences has confirmed what I had thought.
The automated response really should be updated (ships 1-3 days, but give a week), as it is misleading. It would be a little easier to understand if there was an actual response or transparency to any delays or shipping issues. Will not be returning any custom.

Problem with communication

Repeat customer and never had a problem till now, placed an order on 25th July (uk) and i had made an error, emailed the contact straight away to try and fix, I haven't had any response or an update on shipping etc, emailed again on the 31st and messaged the fb page this morning. Normally I wouldn't be too fussed however, this is for my partners birthday on the 26th August and now am worried it won't arrive on time (or correct). I will reiterate that this is the first time ive had issues with the company and under different circumstances would give 5*

Never shipped

I appreciate the unique style of products on the site, however I placed an order on July 11th and have not received a shipping confirmation as of August 3rd. I have contacted the company multiple times and have not received any response. Seems like a scam - don't trust this company.

Poor customer service

Ordered a tshirt, I accidentally ordered the wrong size so I emailed a few times and messaged on Instagram and heard nothing back, my order was shipped in the wrong size because my emails had been ignored. It took well over a week for my order to even be dispatched with no communication from the business. The order eventually arrived but I noticed other people leaving messages on Instagram to say emails were ignored. Bad customer service and a shame when it’s a small business, don’t ever like leaving negative reviews but it wasn’t great.

Scammed?

I have ordered an expensive order 10+ days ago. No tracking number or anything. Just a link to a different app (shop) that still can't provide updates.

I have sent two emails (address: hello at doomsdayco.com) and one contact form one, but zero replies.

This is so unprofessional and frustrating.
Is the site a scam or real?

The customer service responses seem to be put out from doing their job.

Hey. So you haven’t even ordered?🙈
I don’t have a customer service team. My biggest downfall. Just me, i print and pack all week and try and do all emails in the evening of a sat or sun. So a reply can take a week, which is bad, granted. There just aren’t enough hours in the day.
Last 28 days 10 five star reviews, 1 one star review according to trustpilot analytics
Average order to despatch time is just under 5 days. Some take longer if i mess something up. But i can’t believe i’ve just got a review from someone who hasn’t experienced anything themselves. FML

Terrible customer service

The orders take a few weeks to arrive. My last order was missing shorts and they sent the wrong size of other shorts. I've been emailing to correct the order. No reply. Then emailed to refund and still no reply. Its been a week and a half of trying to get ahold of someone and nothing. Terrible business.
