happyshopping arround doogee.cc be aware of what you buy from them and what do you do for them;don't give'em 100% trust

Recently bought 2 watches Doogee and inside the box got a scratch to win tickets per box,both winning 15$.Contacted happyshopping arround doogee.cc and they asked prove the transaction,Paypal account name,and a positive review.Did 2 of 3 because on amazon.it they don accept paypal payments,comunicated to happyshopping arround doogee.cc and they returned with the same request again.I've answered again and they disappeared.Never heard of them again.So be aware of what you buy from them and what do you do for them;don't give'em 100% trust.

Really diassapointed as I have just…

Really diassapointed as I have just bought a Doogee S96Pro and am having constant problems with it. The main issue is that it keeps turning itself on and off again. I have tried to contact Doogee support but with no success. Buyer beware!

Have owned the 96,Pro since…

Have owned the 96,Pro since February.When serching for my next phone .I was looking for a rugged all-rounder.
Early in my ownership there was a problem with the night vision camera.After contacting Doogee they sent two software updates, problem fixed.
Last week my screen cracked after a small drop.Had no luck trying to contact Doogee.Bought a replacement screen for$70 AU.The phone repairer had a horrible time removing the old screen.He thought it was one of the most solid phones he had ever seen.
Now my external speaker is totally shot.Only an old Am radio hissing sound.So no Alarm or you tube.I purchased a replacement speaker with some upgrades to the original for $18 AU.The repair man had a good look at the speaker and said it was full of dust and badly damaged.Tried to fix but no good.
The cost of new screen + speaker and fitting has come too over $230 AU so far.Will be in the bin if anyore faults.

Good phone, poor support.

I purchased a Doogee s96 in January 2021. The experience is mixed. I love the features. The phone and cameras work well including all installed apps. The reception is good, However, when recording videos, the volume is low. They sent an update that helped some. But not enough. It’s a software issue because the volume is great on installed voice recorder apps. That issue revealed that their customer support is problematic. They take several days to respond. And the answers seem pre-packaged. I could live with that weakness if that was all. The battery life is excellent. I can get 2 days of heavy use of web surfing and social media—- 3 or more with mostly phone use. I’ve dropped it on concrete a few times with no damage.

However, about a week ago, my speaker started deteriorating. That’s unacceptable. That’s the main reason I downgraded it. Otherwise I would have given it at least 4 stars. I don’t know if the failed speaker is typical or rare. But it’s the only phone I’ve ever had where the speaker failed. It’s a shame because the speaker produced good volume until it started to fail.

I’m going to replace it with another and see how the replacement holds up. Then I’ll update.

UPDATE: I purchased a replacement recently. Thus far it’s working great. The speaker works better than the original ever did. The quality of the sound on recorded videos is better too. Maybe there was something wrong with the first one from day one. We’ll see how well it holds up over time. But I’m pleased thus far. I also ordered a replacement speaker for my original just in case.
Im waiting to see how this one holds up before I give a better rating.
Stay tuned… 2nd update. It is now October 2021. The phone is still holding up. i've gotten a chance to evaluate the camera and video . It's better than expected. However, it's still nearly impossible to hear a coherent response from Doogee is you have any questions. I'd give them 5 stars if I was confident theyd respond in a timely manner if there was a serious problem.

I have had two doogee phones

I have had two doogee phones. Both started malfunctioning after about 12 months.
After the first (s90) one i thought it can happen so i went with another one s95 pro
Identical symptoms at about 11 months - first the speakers go
Then the touch screen goes - either unresponsive or the phone starts opening apps and writing stuff out phoning people all on its own.

Physically no issues. Screen fine no water damage hardly any scratches but the operating system is terrible

Do not buy doogee.

If I can go.to a.minus.I would. this phone is not working correctly. people phone I caant hear them. factory reset took.it in twice. I want my money back. they can.stuck.this phone so far up I am very disappointed

I have s88 for just 6months and after…

I have s88 for just 6months and after updating the phone system, the volume of the sound is low.. and buzzing.. don't buy doogee phone.. it's crap.. not worth it. And for the water proof it's not water proof..it's not worth it to buy...

I have contacted them through email and…

I have contacted them through email and messenger and no reply on my order. Very disappointed and diacouraged. All i want is tracking information or if it hasnt been shipped in 2 week just to get my money back. Ordered it from doogee.cc. try to avoid if you can I had to cuz I wanted the s86. And Amazon didnt have it at the moment.

lost order - take money for nothing basicly

I did order on 1st of april 2021 a phone and a smart watch.
That was my life bigest mistake i trust doogee.
I strongly recommended to do NOT order anything from doogee.cc
Since that its awaiting for shipment.
The order status do not change the last 40 days!
I did write to doogee facebook, email address and website plenty massege.
They do not answer anything,
I did pay a lot of money, i put trust into this company, And now over a month ago really looks like i just loose my money.
I read more and more negative comment about them here, I am disapointed and i do not know ever i going to get my order them:(
Big company they can just take your money like that?

No communication. No phone, No Money.
This is absolut disaster

Bought my first Doogee S60 in 2017 on…

Bought my first Doogee S60 (6g/64g) in 2017 on a trip overseas. I was at a resort that had alot of vacationing Russian families. I kept noticing few husbands had same phone, after a week I'd heard ones wife ordering lunch in perfect English.
I asked her... "Why do I see your husband's phone (doogee S60) often here?"... she answered he's in special forces military, they are provided to them, further conversation (wife translating for husband), he highly recommended phone and he threw it on the tile floor and then jumped on it.
Needless to say I googled the doogee & researched it heavily.
Gobsmacked at features, speed, connectivity, durability (I'd show it off to friends often, throw it on floor, against walls, take it swimming in ocean, couldn't kill it) bloody incredible phone.
Near 3 yrs later in 2020 I had a shop replace the battery with a generic, big mistake, the shop destroyed it.
Anyway, upon research I found they released the S88 (6g/128g)
Happily have the Doogee S88 now since July 2020 and it's bloody Brilliant, I won't change brands. I'm 110% confident in the Brand and I recommend Doogee to any Tradie friends.

How can you leave a 0 star experience
Still not sorted my phone out . Requested to send it back to them for repair , no reply . Took to several phone shops now they opening after lockdown and none of them understand what the part is that was sent out .

Don't buy one.

Don't buy one.
My Doogee seemed like a bargain,almost too good to be true.
It was,and it is badly let down by a few important things.
1 The speaker is very low quality,vibrates and distorts sound.
2 The Sat nav does not work.
3 The volume regularly turns itself down and won't turn back up unless reset first.
The battery is good,it's as rugged as described but cheaply built and finished badly and it was faulty from new.
You get what you pay for in this life.
