They did not have the item in the colour that I had originally ordered and I had to choose a second colour which was not as good as the first.

I ordered a personalised rucksack and am very pleased with the end product. The printing is good quality, as is the rucksack - which is a nice thick material and very well-made. They also turned this around in a few days just before Christmas and it was delivered in time for Christmas at no extra charge. Top marks for Doodletogs!

Great experience but iam finding hard to deign new designs as they garments don’t come up on screen and I have tried different devises with the same results

My order was for two items with similar but different images. A vest with the word "Bandit" printed on it and a baby-grow with the word "Bandito" on it. When they arrived, both the vest and the grow said "Bandito" so I had to submit a second order for the correct vest print. I couldn't find a customer service number on the website to request a refund for the misprinted vest. I haven't managed to arrange a refund for the mistake.

These are really nice slippers, but would have liked if slippers were of a bit better quality. These are like travel slippers and quite a high price for them. But still know they will be loved by recipient as they are for a gift.
