Bogus, baseless reviews for SEO hits
Bogus reviews can be dangerous.
As a writer and researcher, I find the majority of this site to be a baseless SEO trap. The problem lies in the content of its reviews.
The first issue that is easy to point at is the fact that it is for-profit, meaning when you click on an item and purchase it from their review/best of article, they make money on the purchase. As you can see, that really speaks to their integrity.
I stumbled upon this site because I was looking for honest reviews on carbon monoxide detectors. When I look at their best of list... there are practically no explanations as to why one is better than the other. Did they actually test them with CO? I can only imagine that someone more naive might come to that page and buy a detector based on... well, absolutely nothing but their "word."
We aren't talking about lunch meat here, or even a carpet cleaner. CO detectors are made to save your life. Please don't trust DontWasteYourMoney.com for guidance.
