The company lies about "iron-clad money back guarantee"
I've recently bought Dr Care orthopedic sandals, and am very disappointed with the company.
On every page featuring Dr Care orthopedic shoes, they've put a statement saying:

The shoes I ordered were too small and I wanted to exchange them for a bigger size, or return.
Despite the "iron-clad money back guarantee", the company refused to exchange or do refund. They've told me to buy another pair.
They've got a big assortment and I would become their long-term customer if they could treat me like one, if they behaved like every decent online company does or should. The risk to buy from them is too big, if you make a mistake or the product you buy is not what you thought it would be, that's it, you're stuck with it, no exchanges, no returns. They lie on their website, they have no intention to stand by their words.
Never buying from them again :(
PS they only publish 5-star reviews, any other stars count doesn't make it to the website- I've checked.
