I have a child with Cancer and needed to adjust daily appointments to accommodate two visits from dongard.
The surveyor turned up twice and asked for the wrong paperwork on both occasions when I said it’s unacceptable for him to turn up twice and not know what documents he should be asking for he was abusive and aggressive, unfortunately I wasn’t able to keep my cool.
The surveyor in general had a chip on his shoulder from day one, to this day I don’t know why.
When I complained to their COO they replied saying they believed their employee and would be doing nothing despite admitting he was asking for the wrong documents.
