It doesn't matter how good your pizza is…
It doesn't matter how good your pizza is if you constantly put stupid prices and mark ups.
What's most infuriating is your stupid offers and deals..
You offer buy 1 get one free offers for nhs but can only do it on their most expensive pizza... Which means it's made completely irrelevant.
Its no cheaper then your own deal... Which is also rubbish.
Ordered online and found it bizarrely…
Ordered online and found it bizarrely difficult to confirm my choice of toppings, they’ve changed the system for some reason. Collected my order and yes, no toppings on it! The manager very kindly ordered me a new pizza- I was asked which toppings I wanted at least 3 times and I confirmed I wanted pepperoni and pineapple. “Ham & pineapple?” No, pepperoni & pineapple! 10 mins later I was handed a ham & pineapple pizza; I didn’t complain I just took it. I don’t know what they’ve done differently but the pizza was the most tasteless thing I’ve ever eaten, literally every element tasted of nothing. Dough not seasoned, cheese not salty, pineapple not sweet and ham not meaty. Very disappointed and I won’t order from this store again.
Can't redeem free pizza stamps
I've spent the last 3 days trying to redeem my stamps for a free pizza, and the app keeps giving the same error. I've updated the app, contacted customer support multiple times, and all I've been told is "try again later." Three days later, it's still not working. What's the point of having a rewards program if customers can't actually use it? The support has been completely unhelpful, just repeating the same response over and over. Given experiences like this, it's hardly surprising Domino's UK has been struggling. When your share price has fallen by around 31% over the last year, you'd think the focus would be on fixing basic customer issues rather than frustrating loyal customers who are simply trying to use the rewards they've earned. Hopefully stock crashes because you're not worthy of the pizza game anymore.
on my sons birthday occasion- VERY VERY DIS APPOITNMENT
on my sons birthday occasion, worst experience after ordering cheese burst pizza from domino pizza.it's waste of money and waste of time and waste of energy.
pizza not cooked properly. Please guys...they show images...but it's not real, all are promotional things...
generally kids love pizza. But in this situation not even adult can have the uncooked pizza .which seems like alarming thing.

SAY NO TO DOMINO PIZZA
Very nice polite workers
Amazing food workers are very accommodating and nice would recommend 10/10
Expensive rubbish pizza
I haven’t used Dominos for a long time, as I thought they were too expensive. Decided on a treat, and ordered a 12’’ pizza at £15. It was absolutely rubbish, not as good as a cheaper supermarket pizza. Will never use again,
Mighty Meat pizza - delicious
We ordered a large Mighty Meat pizza which we collected. It was delicious, a big treat for us and we'll definitely be going back.
Wrong orders again!!
Once again, order was wrong, pizzas like warm and tiny cookies. Ordered a couple of the Italian collection pizzas. The Chicken and Pesto one had no pesto on it, the Pepperoni and Nduja did have pesto on it but wasn’t supposed to. Pizzas tasted dry and poor quality. This was the Workington branch - avoid, avoid, avoid!!

Awful
Such a bad pizza experience. Ordered chicken wings with aioli, garlic bread and Hawaiian pizza. Chicken was ok but came with a little little of sauce when it used to be sizzled over the chicken. Horrible. Garlic bread hadn’t been cooked and the butter was cold and hard. The pizza base was like raw dough and had to put it in the air fryer but even then there was no resurrecting it! It was awful and the ‘ham’ tastes like a cigarette tray it was so smoky. Italians would cry at this stuff!
Misleading prices
The pizza itself is okay. It's perfectly fine, nothing amazing but totally fine. The prices however are very misleading. If you collect a large pizza it will cost you £9.99. If you want it delivered it then costs you £14. Then you pay almost another £4 for delivery so now my pizza costs me almost £18. No idea why a large pizza costs more if you have it delivered and then on top of that they charge you actual delivery fees. This means you are paying around £8 for delivery, can someone explain please?
Food was ok , issues with littering driver
Food was ok , delivery time not too bad. But…. when driver delivered, the extra pot of garlic sauce (£2.60) was damaged and leaking everywhere. I refused the pot and sent it back with the driver for a refund , not really expecting one , would have probably let it go if I hadnt found the pot thrown by the roadside, down the road a bit. Phoned the store, wish i hadnt, relayed above about 3 times with different people and at the end of each , was asked if I wanted to order pizza for collection or delivery.
Food always fresh and they always…
Food always fresh and they always willing to help great customer service on 1120 Franklin ave.
Awful vegan base and vegan options
The vegan pizzas have got so rubbish, the new base is disgusting, tastes like paper and so thin. It doesn’t fill me up at all. And they don’t even do vegan meat alternative anymore. You have lost a valued customer as I will now have to order my vegan pizzas elsewhere like papa johns as they do normal good pizza bases and good vegan alternatives. It feels like dominoes have gone back in time in the vegan trends for no apparent reason. I am always so gutted when it is bought for me at work events. I will always actively discourage my boss from ordering here so dominoes are missing out in big corporate orders by failing to provide a good vegan option to multiple person in the office.
Ruined my party
I will never order from them again. ordered 12 pizzas for party. All cold, extra fees. No sauces.
Just so greedy
£14 a pizza? Fair enough. Bit pricey but it's a treat .
Minimum order £15+£3.50 delivery. Pizza now equals £18.50 and I'm going to aldi to get a weeks shopping instead!
Ordered food for delivery from Tutle…
Ordered food for delivery from Tutle hill nuneaton. Got the tracking info, and the driver drove completely the wrong way. And kept stopping outside other food places. Rang up twice got no help. When the driver finally turned up an hour later we sent him away as the food was cold as he told us he had other deliveries to make.
There’s dominos all over the place a delivery to a city 20 minutes away wouldn’t pick up my local dominos for an order.
When he drove off he had a taxi plate on the back.
Bit clear what he’s doing. And the woman on the phone was worse than rude. Laughing that our food was cold!
Riased a case with customer service
Riased a case with customer service and had an automated reply saying the franchise would be in touch within 5 days which never happened.
I have sent further emails with no response over the last 40 days
Our pizza arrived cold
Our pizza arrived cold. Tracking it , I watched it go the opposite direction of my house before arriving!
