I was told over the phone that "We don't repair Beko, I'm afraid." Yet, the website lists Beko as one of the brands that they have a specialist for.

This was one of the best washing machine repair I have ever had the blokes Simon and Nick , were polite very efficient kept within the rules of the social distancing masks on etc thanks Domestic appliance repairs for the great job done .

Turn up but no solution and can’t raise a reply ...
Turned up to fix a washing machine same day, but needed a part. Took money and ordered part (apparently) and weeks later cannot get anyone to speak to, no reply from texts, online message, calls. Waste of time and money and straight back to square one, sadly.
