I used this local company to fix my oven, and what a lovely experience I had from start to finish. The office staff and engineer I was allocated were so friendly and professional, not to mention efficient and fair call out and labour fees. Also for me the engineer had the part on the can so I had just the one visit! Good to know people still keep stock on them and have the function to pay as soon as the visit is complete 10/10.
Domestec are excellent. The engineer arrived on time, was very polite and got to work quickly and efficiently. He located the source of the problem within 15-20 minutes with minimal fuss (this follows two separate call outs with different repair companies who both had claimed it was going to be too complicated and costly to repair and better to replace). The engineer tidied everything up and checked the machine ran perfectly before leaving. I could not have been happier. Thank you!
Had a guy from domestec come and repair whirlpool dishwasher couldn’t be happier with his work and the price considering no parts were changed and he was here for quite some time
A local contractor had already checked our faulty hotpoint fridge freezer and said there was an issue with the control panel but would need to be plugged into a laptop to diagnose which they couldn't do so my girlfriend contacted Domestec who stated they could fix hotpoint machines but when engineer arrived he took 20 minutes and then said it was the control panel (we had already stated this) and that they could not fix this as it would have to be done by hotpoint direct. So effectively we were charged £70 to be told what we already knew and were no further forward. When I contacted Domestec they said they would look into it and call me back but never received a call. I used them as they were a Which trusted trader but would look elsewhere in future (BTW Hotpoint came out very quickly supplied a new panel, installed it and provided 6 months warranty for £120).
