I believe they falsely advertising. I reviewed person which was not premium as they advertised and they removed my review even she was not professional, dangering olderly , not dependable nurse and tricking people. The fact another complained but the platform kept the person as premium.
This company charges you money to create an account and contact individuals providing cleaning or baby sitting services but when you create that and contact individuals registered on their website, that fit your requirements, not one of them is a real account or one that exists any more. We even put out an advert on their site for anyone else who may be interested but they apparently cannot even seen our emails because even they have to pay to see our emails. When we contacted the website to enquire if any of the profiles were real, we were told that in fact they cannot help and they will not refund our money already taken out. What a waste of space for a company and hopefully this scam they are running will be shut down soon! Avoid at all cost!
