Above & Beyond…
I have been using Dom & Geri over a period of time & never been disappointed…until…I had ordered 3 personalised cards & received the normal emails with dispatched dates etc & everything was normal then nothing…no delivery…our post had been non existent for days & when I contacted Dom & Geri with my frustration they went above & beyond to rectify the situation with immediate reply to all my emails, the reprinting of all 3 cards & dispatched using Yodel only to arrive the following afternoon…nothing was above their desire to complete my order with their usual efficiency…
