Good afternoon Sandra, thank you for your feedback regarding order #1459. We don't offer Next Day delivery, for orders placed before midday we provide 'Same Day Dispatch'.
If a customer choses our Express Delivery service we look to get their order to them within 1 - 2 working days.
I can see with your order you placed it just after midday on the 4th September. It was dispatched on the 5th and arrived with you by the 7th. As you chose our Standard delivery option this was within the delivery expectation dates; Thursday, Sep 7 to Monday, Sep 11.
We hadn't heard from you before this review and we would alway try to work with a customer to get their order with them on time! We hope Rosalyn had a wonderful birthday and thanks again for the feedback.

Loved the personalised wrapping paper I bought for my grandson's 18th birthday. Only needed one sheet but it was a good size and of excellent quality. Order arrived in plenty of time. Will be using this firm again!!

I got wrapping paper and ordered twice within a week. Service was amazing, wrapping paper was awesome and the recipient loved it which is what I wanted. Paper is high quality too.
