Had to give 1 star, otherwise I couldn’t even post a review. Will definitely never use this company again.
They take your money, promise delivery by a set date — and then nothing turns up. You can’t contact anyone by phone; everything has to go through their online portal, which they claim they’ll respond to within 2 working days. They never do.
Impossible to get hold of, terrible communication, and zero help when things go wrong. Save yourself the hassle — go somewhere else.

Been waiting 11 days for a delivery…
Been waiting 11 days for a delivery from Boditronics. Kept saying it’s on the way. Found out yesterday it wasn’t available at all. Ordered same product from Dolphin Fitness and arrived today. Doesn’t get better than that. I will be buying from them in the future.

Ordered £142 of supplements and paid…
Ordered £142 of supplements and paid extra for delivery for the 6/8/26 got a confirmation email saying it was being delivered, I then received an email saying one of the tubs of protein was out of stock. I sent an email saying as I paid to receive all items on the 6th I would like my delivery charge back, they then decided to cancel all deliveries and offered me an even later date on the supplements that are in stock. This is a joke.

Dolphin Fitness sell my preferred brand of "Skinny Syrup" at a decent price, not an over-inflated price as many sites do. Always packed really well and delivery is speedy. Communication is great. Fab company!
