Order didn't arrive on time,no email…
Order didn't arrive on time,no email sent as to why if hadn't been delivered, I had to order it from elsewhere as it was for a present for someone with special needs who was really upset. I had paid £70 and only got £10 back .I feel this was unfair when is should have arrived in as promised in July.

I was kept notified continually about the progress of my preorder and it's delivery, it arrived in perfect condition.
