I was having an issue with a gift card not loading and I reached out for some help. Jaen was so helpful and got back to me quickly. They reached out within a day and were able to resolve my issue within the same day. 10/10 customer service. I am excited for my package to come in!

I had an issue with a couple items I purchased. Customer service was excellent, very responsive and fast with reassuring emails to ultimately resolve my concerns. I’m truly pleased with dollskill and their products are always cool!!

BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING!!! I ordered these about a month ago on their TikTok shop and despite light wear around the house a MASSIVE CRACK formed on the sole of the left sandal. It started to hurt my leg. I tried contacting the shop to get a refund because I was disappointed in the quality of Dolls Kill (I thought these would last for years) but the best they could give was a partial discount for my next full purchase and I was left on read when I asked if an exchange was possible.
Overall, I am very disappointed in the quality of the sandal AND customer service.
Original Review (four stars): Looks very pretty, but runs small in my opinion. I have wide feet and the strap is too tight around my foot. Hopefully I can stretch it over time because I really love the design. I'd say, if you have wide feet, size up.
Another concern was the weight. This is my first platform footwear and it is really light :)

I love shopping for clothes at Dolls Kill! Their shipping is relatively fast, and they handle any issues efficiently, especially if you need to return something because it doesn’t fit. The quality and designs of their clothing are amazing. I always find unique pieces that I love!

Beyond the funnest fashion for parties and special events the customer service is 5 stars. When I had a hiccup with my order, a representative solved everything as smooth as possible and got back to me within an hour of my request. What an awesome business overall.

I was having trouble finding info on my order because I didn’t know what email I linked to it(I forgot to sign into my account) and I emailed the dollskill help Gmail and they got back to me in under 5 mins and went back and forth with me until the problem was solved and I was sent the link to track my order!

I bought an item on sale and a strap popped off when it was first put on. Looked like a stitching issue from the manufacturer. I sent pictures and asked for store credit, and I immediately got a code for a refund - no need to return the item. I'm going to see if I can fix it myself, the item is otherwise good quality.

The website was being buggy about applying a promo, so customer service made it happen. I’m always happy with my purchases from dolls kill- sensory friendly fabrics in fun styles. Fantastic, innovative designs for goth and other dark subcultures in a better than average size range (0-14) I’m a 14, and struggle finding clothes I like anywhere except dolls kill. Also, NO AI IMAGES! all the photos are of the actual garments on actual people. I’ve never bought anything from dolls kill that I wasn’t happy with.

absolutely terrible. I ordered a dress against my better judgement because I hate these types of companies but it had my dream prom dress so I caved. Not only did it take almost a month just to ship, but it never even made it to the shipping company. I was given no explenation for this despite talking with customer support, who were very unhelpful, (implied it was my fault for not paying for extra shipping protection) and then was told last minute, after over a month of waiting, that my dress woulnt be arriving. As of writing this I have not been given a refund. Horrible company with horrible ethics, service and quality, avoid at all costs.

I have been shopping with DK on and off for years now in hopes that each time will be a better experience. I’m finally done giving them more chances because they seem to just get worse. The quality is horrible and you can’t exchange sizes unless you are a stash member and pay them extra. Each time you make a return you have to pay a return fee and they give you store credit. Because their quality and sizing is often off the likelihood you will need to make a return is significant so the cost of this website is just not worth it.

The products look great and are super fun!!! Our original package was lost during shipping and they went above and beyond to resend a package and make sure we received it on time

Such a bummer.DK rocked until 2023. I don’t know what happened after that. I stopped buying so much when the merchandise started leaving behind Quality and creativity. Then the shipping got totally bad. I started having to order stuff for months ahead purple dot I just ordered something for Burning Man. They said it was gonna be here on time and it absolutely won’t and I don’t wanna get certificate cause I don’t wanna deal with this company anymore such a shame they used to rock.

I signed up to find out when the Diet coke bag was in stock. 6 days 14 emails.

Buyer beware! This was my first time ever buying from Dolls Kill, and I will never ever try and purchase from them again. Do not order from them if you actually expect to receive your items.I placed an order for nearly $300, and a full month went by without a single shipping confirmation or tracking update. Their customer service email addresses are completely unmonitored, forcing me to hunt down a contact form on their website just to get a response.Once I finally reached them, they admitted they didn’t even have the inventory for items I paid for weeks ago. They tried to issue a partial refund for only ONE item that was now out of stock because their "warehouse team discovered an issue with the inventory." They kept the rest of my money hostage, claiming the remaining delayed items "should ship soon."I had to firmly demand a full cancellation and threaten a bank dispute just to get my money back. Their warehouse management and customer service are an absolute nightmare. Be extremely cautious before giving this company your money!

I had an issue with the fit of my order and initially found the return process a little confusing, especially as an international customer. However, Paige was absolutely wonderful and completely turned the experience around.

Paige took the time to understand my situation, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout, arranged a refund for me, and personally helped resolve the return shipping issue by providing a prepaid Royal Mail label.

Customer service can make such a difference when something goes wrong, and Paige genuinely went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much, Paige, for your kindness, patience and understanding. I really appreciate everything you did! 🤍

I shop in this store many times and my last purchase was the first time I had an issue with my address, and I have to say, they handle it AMAZING!! I need to give a big shout out to Maya and Jaen. Both of them are absolutely amazing, they were so helpful and understanding and their responses was beyond fast. I'm more than grateful for their help, they are awesome.

I contacted Dolls Kill support for help with a return. I had an exchange that was split into two orders, and while I had no problem returning 2 out of 3 items, the third item was supposedly ineligible. The website claimed it was "final sale," even though it was not. Chelsea looked over my email and the photos and screenshots I provided and helped me process the return. She was incredibly helpful and is a true gem. Thank you for the great customer service!
