The CEO reached out when I made an inquiry and quickly scheduled a call and sent over some samples of their work. After signing up and providing detailed examples both in writing and with images about what we wanted, we were told they would get to work. A few weeks went by and we heard nothing. I followed up and then received a "concept" almost immediately. While I can't confirm how the concept was made, it appeared very generic and AI-generated. It also was a single logo, not a concept book like we had expected with font and color palette. After expressing that this is not what we expected, Eliott went silent and we have not received what we paid for.

They were not very helpful or communicative and every direction we gave them was met with inaccurate drafts and ignoring direction. Only responded every 10 days. It felt like they took our notes and handed them off to some other person and never communicated our requests. I have never left a review in my life thats how bad my experience with them was.

I have used the services of Dolfin content several times now and their service and the quality of their work is outstanding. They are also very pleasant to work with and highly professional. I definitely recommend them without any hesitation
