Disappointed.
I sent off for the jingler, lead, DVD, collar and other dog treats after watching a preview. It wasn't cheap but if all had worked then |I would have been very happy. Unfortunately in our case our puppy immediately set off the bells as soon as they were attached and it would have been comical if I wasn't concerned it might frighten her. I tried once more but concluded they were definitely not for puppies, maybe it says that somewhere but I didn't see it.. I watched the video again and noted the dogs were apparently all adult dogs. I contacted Stan to ask for advice but was disappointed not to receive any reply. I am sure it must have worked for other people and dogs and he obviously has his own dogs well trained. My real disappointment was that he didn't contact me.
Fantastic service
Fantastic service! Excellent top quality dog treats. Even got a call from Stan
Rawlinson! to check my address and had a great chat with him!.
The Doglistener website has some amazing information and its really worth reading if you want to give your dog the best life possible.
Very highly recommended 👍👍👍
Outrageous customer service!
Appalling. Customer service zero to none. I've purchased an online video and the jingler. After watching the video, which was £9 and only 45min long, it demonstrated 5 commands and over 5 min promoting his products(of course very relevant!), I emailed Mr Rawlinson some feedback. I was stunt what a professional response I received! Throughout Mr Rawlinson's email I was literally barked everything that I didn't do or didn't understand. Well, perhaps you shouldn't film educational video if you don't have the ability to get the message across. Frankly, I am shocked, no idea where all these 5 stars reviews come from but mind you they are all from 6 years ago. I was also informed that I am blocked, again very professional, so now I have to contact Citizen Advice Bureau for my consumer rights. After digging around on Google I have found some interesting information on some forum, which I was stupid enough not to before even getting involved with this individual. Please do your research first!
Duplicate purchase not refunded
I purchased a jingler, lead, DVD and whistle from this website online. The bells on the jingler came off within two weeks of purchasing this item. I tried emailing, ringing with no success. I have now realised I authorised the transaction twice but cannot get my money back. Mr Rawlinson advertises his phone numbers and email addresses on the website but doesn't respond. I have paid twice and am unable to get my money back. Buyers be ware.
