First of all your answers for my questions were immediate and simple and easy for me to describe my issues and he was professionally answered my questions and also very patient not in a hurry to get off the phone or anything I felt like he was concerned about me

Editing to give credit for good customer service on the technical side. I received a response to my refund request within an hour (it takes up to 5 days to process of course), but I never actually got to meet with a doctor, so my need wasn't met and now I'm probably stuck going to a hospital later tonight since urgent cares will be closed.

I answered the AI bot questions. It suggested a consult which is what I wanted. I paid, I went into the waiting room and waited so long my phone timed out which put me back at the end of the line. This happened three times and finally the link to join the meeting stopped working. So I paid and was never seen. I need a refund.

Great experience! I was able to get an appointment and see the doctor within minutes. The doctor took his time answering my questions thoroughly. It didn't feel rushed like at the physical office where I go and no interruptions from other medical staff needing to talk with the doctor during my consultation. I also enjoyed the extra privacy I had talking with the doctor one-on-one at home. I would highly recommend using this site!

40 bucks and went through the whole conversation with the AI just to be told by the Dr that they don't prescribe what I'm needing (they said it's a controlled substance which is not true in California) and now impossible to figure out how to cancel the service. Would not recommend.

Fast, easy, and cheap! Not sure this service would ever replace my primary doctor without a memory of previous visits but as a cheaper replacement for urgent care, this worked out great for me. I have been unemployed and I don't have insurance right now. So when I was pretty sure that I had another UTI, the thought of getting a big bill going to urgent care just for some antibiotics was daunting. Doctronic popped up on my Google search, it was so easy and convenient! It was only $50 without insurance and with a coupon code I found online, I only paid $30. I was able to pay for the visit and the prescription with the $50 left on my HSA card. Not only that, but I was in the comfort of my home and the whole process was way faster than going to an in person clinic. I was in so much discomfort, that I couldn't leave the bathroom for very long, so the convenience made a huge difference. Even after I get another job, I will definitely come back to Doctronic for my urgent care needs. You simply can't beat the price and convenience.

It is actually better than seeing your own GP. You can describe as many symptoms as you have and none are ignored. You actually get immediate diagnosis and not woolly answers that I could give myself. AI doctoronic actually does what your GP should do and that is listen to what you say; sum up and clarify regularly and then tell you what you need to do - and that maybe to see a doctor or other health care professional is necessary. The only drawback is that it is based in the USA and not in the UK and so having an actual consultation with a doctor online would mean no medication could be prescribed. (I think)
But all in all - brilliant. I was 100% reassured about my problem.
