Long wait for an appointment and medical statement. It's been more than 6 weeks and I'm still waiting for it.

A disgraceful institution. My appointment was canceled 3 times in 2 months for no reason. I was informed that my meeting would be a whats up video call, but a doctor named Dr Vinay Uppal said the interview would be over skype and although I was right, he arrogantly canceled it. I waited 2 months and this is the result :) Here I met the most unwilling doctor I have ever seen in my life. It is unprofessional institution and nobody here knows what they're doing.

Absolutely abysmal company , lost medical records , won't interact with my law firm , didn't examine me when I came in and then lied on official documents saying that did ( saw doctor petrouskas).
he wouldnt change my report after he missed SEVERAL injuries off and went in a huff when told he had so has therefore dragged out the process , this should if been completed in less than 3 months , but had now taken just under a year and I am still no further forward than in month 2 because of thier complete disregard for patients

Totally unprofessional outfit. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment with Dr khaled el-namasy at Northampton on the 18th. After waiting for 40 minutes and speaking with other people waiting, a woman due 15 minutes myself after was invited in by the doctor. I politely asked if he had made a mistake as I was due in before the woman. He barked at me it was his choice and that he took people in on their, "severity". I was then told to rebook if I didn't like it. Basically I drove 40 miles and waisted 2 and a half hours. I have tried to lodge s complaint with this outfit but as you guessed. No one has got back to me. Suggest you AVOID!!!!

Absolutely appalling service.
This company lost my medical records in the scanning department. Then wrote to the wrong trust for replacements. Also sent my GP records to the medical expert and they did not arrive. This was over the space of 18 months. I am still waiting for a report 18 months later.
Terrible standards. What has happened to my CONFIDENTIAL records? They need reporting.
