I recently underwent knee surgery with Mr Al-Obaidi, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the outstanding care I received. From my very first consultation, he was reassuring, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me understand my options.
The surgery itself went incredibly smoothly, and the results have been excellent. My recovery has been far quicker and more comfortable than I expected, which is a testament to his skill and precision. Throughout the entire process, Mr Al-Obaidi communicated clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made me feel completely confident in his hands.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mr Al-Obaidi to anyone in need of knee surgery. His professionalism, expertise, and caring approach made a world of difference. An exceptional surgeon.

I recently had a breast reduction / uplift with lipo filling with Caroline Payne, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very first consultation she made me feel completely at ease — she listened carefully, explained every option clearly, and genuinely cared about achieving the best result for me.
On the day of surgery, her calm, confident manner put all my nerves to rest. The team she works with is amazing too — so kind, attentive and professional. My recovery was smoother than I ever expected, and Caroline checked in regularly to make sure I was healing well and feeling comfortable.
The results are absolutely life-changing. The size, shape, symmetry and softness are everything I hoped for and more. I feel lighter, more confident, and genuinely like the best version of myself.
Caroline is not just a brilliant surgeon — she’s compassionate, honest and incredibly skilled. I would recommend her to anyone considering breast surgery. She’s truly exceptional.

Dr El-Tawil gave me the results and explained them thoroughly and in an understandable way. He also provided different options and we discussed these so I can make an informed choice. Very professional and the process was very smooth.

Amazing staff, nurses and surgeons. Comforting . But pre- registrations can be challenging - too many texts to read and understand. Perhaps , to make it simpler and more patient- friendly . Also to have new robes for patients . But Thank you ! 👍🙏🏼😃

Avoid this Dr. Irfan at Prime Medical if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. My experience was shockingly poor from start to finish. He rushed through the entire consultation and showed no genuine interest in understanding my injury.
He dismissed my ACL issue outright, telling me to “just live with it,” and couldn’t provide a single timeline or treatment plan. He claimed my MRI was clear even though the written report highlighted problems - but he barely looked at the scans and seemed more focused on ending the appointment quickly.
His explanations were inconsistent and confusing. One moment he said there was pain and tenderness around the meniscus, the next moment he insisted nothing was wrong. When I tried to ask questions, he snapped back with, “You want to know everything or what?” - an extremely unprofessional and condescending response to someone who has been in pain for six months.
I walked out with zero clarity, no guidance, and more frustration than I came in with. If you're looking for a doctor who listens, explains, and actually cares about helping you recover, he is definitely not the person. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.
