rather buy on amazon
waited for almost a month for my fridge, was not delivered as promised, they could not tell me when they will deliver it, so I had to cancel and buy from amazon with delivery in 5 days!!!! Very bad service!!!!!

come le abbiamo spiegato per email abbiamo avuto dei ritardi con il suo modello di frigorifero, ritardi che non dipendono direttamente da noi.
Abbiamo comunque già provveduto con l'annullamento e il rimborso immediato.

My ordered and paid goods could not be sold. I did not understand the reason for that. However, the money was returned promptly.
The website requires a tax identification number, which is not used by many EU citizens. Has Italy already left the EU, or does Italy not need money from other countries?

Awful workers for instalation
I received the washing mashine before the last day, I believe it required 2 weeks. Everything was perfect with the time, delivery, the only thing that was very awful were the people that were installing the mashine. First, they told me that they will call me half an hour before arrival, they called me 10 min before (it was 14.30 and I was at work, leaving everything on a half way). Then they entered and the older one started to complaining how they are not paid to disconnect the old washing mashine, just to take it away. There were two cables (pipes) to disconnect and it was a problem. Then he was complaining how I dont have anything from the tool and that he has to go to his car. Then they finally installed the mashine. When I asked how can I turn it on, he told me that everything is written in the instructions. Moreover, they didnt install the door on the mashine, (it is lavatrice incasso), because they are not paid for that, so they just left everything like that. At the end, they didnt even started a first circle, just to see if everything is working, but left everything very awful. The younger one was very polite and actually he did everything. At the end I was so happy when they left. I read the instructions and apparently the mashine is working. I would give 0 (zero) stars for the workers and 5 for everything else.
Just please note that I paid the full price for instalation and I dont know what to say about the service. Awful, awful, awful.
