Poor service. Asked about a product and whether it was available in another Dobbie's store. The assistant said she wasn't sure. She went over to the desk and I followed, thinking she was going to find out for me, but she just started to serve another customer and ignored me.

I had several questions and the sales person was very patient and helpful.
They also make great coffees!

Sitting outside surrounded by plants, sipping a perfect one-shot latte and eating a flapjack was bliss. Before I left I couldn’t resist a tray of lavender plants which were a good price and look very healthy. All your staff are so friendly and ready to help.

A lovely garden centre to visit, very professionally run, always interesting. Very good selection of plants, lots of tips on how to plan and lay out your garden. This year my garden area has been reduced in size so appreciate your experience. And a nice cup of coffee.

After being told that the Bistro set would be coming in at the sale price of £29.60 , I was disappointed to learn that I had to pay £49.50.

We love a visit to Little Dobbies in Stockbridge. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. There is a good selection of plants, both outdoor and indoor houseplants and plant related goods. The coffee is lovely too.

The stockbridge branch is always so lovely. My partner and i have a little routine of nipping in after the market and the staff are so helpful and kind.
My anxiety often stops me from going places often and this shop is totally a safe space for people like me. Would give them ten stars if i could

Little Dobbies is a great idea for urban areas and I would have given 5 stars for the shop, the plants and the staff but disappointed that my 20% Dobbies Club Plus discount voucher wasn’t valid in that particular branch of “Little Dobbies” though apparently accepted in others. Helpful and apologetic staff member thought it was something to do with it being the only Little Dobbies in Scotland.

Visited the Stockbridge Edinburgh store twice this week - the customer service and helpfulness of your assistant, Lori, was the reason I returned to store and spent over £130. Lovely friendly attitude and knew her products too! Will be back again soon (and tell others too!). So many garden centres around to choose from but excellent customer service wins every time with me!

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly - love the shop in Stockbridge, Edinburgh it is just so convenient and an oasis of joy in the city

I found the shop had had the stock all moved round entailing a search for what I wanted and finally having to ask staff where some items had been moved to.

The till area is cramped with insufficient space to put more than a couple of items on the counter.

The coffee bar 'queuing' doesn't work. Two queues are in operation and one needs to know which to join for placing your order and which to wait for delivery etc..

This is such a friendly, welcoming place where the staff value the customers.
