The restaurant was lovely and the staff very accommodating.
On trying to pay for my purchases was poor as only one member of staff available and she was busy sorting out another customer! A wait of about 5 minutes!!!!!!!

We booked for a party of 10 for festive afternoon tea a couple of weeks ahead of the date. The day before another 3 guest including a wheelchair user said they’d like to attend but would eat from the hot food menu. It was no problem to get the extra guests accommodated. There were a significant number of diners also having afternoon tea but there was plenty of room. The festive afternoon tea was superb value for money, the food delicious and what little didn’t get eaten was boxed to takeaway, the service faultless from a very friendly and courteous member of staff. The afternoon tea section was specially cordoned off so as not to be distracted by general diners. There was no rush for us to eat up and go and the party was relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed by all. Heartily recommended and we would go again without hesitation.

Called into the cafe for lunch. Waited in a queue for 40 mins to place a food order and have a coffee made. Half the menu was unavailable. Then had to wait a further 30 mins for a sandwich and chips to be ready. Customer service awful. No apology for long wait, just told with attitude that “they are doing their best”. If this is their best I’d hate to see them on a bad day. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be going again!

Staff are always friendly and helpful. There is always an excellent range of competitively priced plants. The gift selection always offers some different ideas not available on the high street.

We were looking for some long troughs to drop into a narrow area and Dobbies came up trumps as we found them almost straight away and at a reasonable price. We also a few xmas presents. Very eventful day.

Good selection of pet food which is what we came in for, friendly staff who were more than happy to come and see our chatty border collie. its so nice to be able to expose him to people in a calm environment. We love going to Dobbies

Great centre, staff friendly and efficient. Coffee and scones always a favourite. Great mini sainsburys shop option too.

Had afternoon tea with family. Was so well organised and made very welcome. The sandwiches were superb and the cakes scrumptious.
The lady who looked after us so brilliant.

After visiting to buy some plants for the garden, Ruth the lady in the plant section was brilliant, but unfortunately the lady at the checkout was unhelpful and downright rude.

Total confusion at the till what is for sale and what is not. Bench shown for sale but then note put on sale sign "Display only". Person at the till said it was not for sale, approached another till operator who called the manager and yes it was for sale. Problem solved. Still lots of plants half dead.

We visited Dobbies Gailey, the staff are very helpful. All our questions were answered. We had lunch in the restaurant, it was nicely presented and very tasty. The tables were clean.
