A nightmare.Had to call many many times.Still not sure if I got a correct and real appointment. It seems the concocted and abusive confusion from the DMV is quite deliberate .

Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance to get my real Id.went to DMV in janaf in Norfolk va.Text that i was here.got a text back to have a seat.they sent me my number.I waited 45 min.with an appointment.never did I complain.My number was called to window # 13.and it also came to my phone to go to window 13.The lady at window 13 was so rude.she asked me how did I get so privilaged to go ahead of all these people sitting here.I politly said I made an appointment.she proceeds to inform me her window is for real Id only.I told her thats what Im here for.she pushes her chair back looks at her co worker next to her.and says why do people think there privalaged.I told her i had an appointment.tried to show her my phone conformation.she didnt care.I put my hand in the air and said I dont need this.you dont need to talk to me like a child.I did nothing wrong.so I left without my real ID.someone really needs to get these people in check.you dont treat citizans like their children.her attitude towards me was un called for.Why make an appointment if their not going to honor it.I sure hope someone higher up reads this .and gets the janaf Dmv straight on how to conduct themselves.So thank you lady at #13 window for wasting my time making an appointment .and getting ridiculed .when I did nothing wrong.

This website is a scam

I ordered a report and I couldn't open it. When I tried to open it, it took me to a link that created another report. And it charged me twice. I tried to get a refund on the second one, but they wouldn't refund it. They said that I intended to create it. Bad business. I will not use this website again. And I will warn my friends and family not to use it.

They are deceptive

They are deceptive, pretending to be able to help you like the .gov site. They have nothing in common with NCDMV. there are NOT NCDMV. Your are deceived into paying for something other than what you are attempting to accomplish. If not fraud, they are borderline.

I went to the OMV in Bossier to have a…

I went to the OMV in Bossier to have a car transferred into my name last week. The lady was super nice and provided all the info I needed to have it transferred. Went back today to have it transferred. The lady was also very nice and was able to get everything done for me. She even replaced my new tag for me. I was in and out in a timely manner. Thank you Bossier OMV for helping me. Everyone was really nice.

Steer clear, incompetent staff

I would advise not to use an Elle Management DMV office. The customer service is horrible. I stood in line for over 45 minutes only to be told they did not have any license plates for trailers; no concern for the time of people using their service, no sign at door or front of line indicating they were out of license plates.
I was informed I could pay now and pick up the plate later or at a different Elle DMV office. So, I paid, and went to another Elle DMV, all the way across town, and was then charged again. The manager at the second Elle DMV told me they should not be out of license plates. She informed me to reach out to management at the first office. So, I left a message for a manager to contact me. They did not.
So not only did they lie about paying once and getting a plate elsewhere, I was also told over the phone when asking to speak to a manager that one would call me. They did not.
This past week I received my MO personal property tax statement, and wouldn't you know it? they did not include my boat and trailer on my list of personal property so I must do all of this again. They are very incompetent and they are liars. Lied to me about the plates and I was charged twice, now I must enter my trailer and boat either online or at a REAL, competent, DMV office so my personal property tax is calculated correctly. If I were you, I would steer clear of Elle DMV locations; I know I'll never set foot in an Elle managed DMV again.

CA DMV Real License or ID Reality

Here's the real story on a Real Licence or ID. I went to the CA DMV with documentation that I uploaded into their system during the application process. The documents were never reviewed by a CA DMV employee and I was told my original birth certificate would not be accepted even when I went to the San Bernardino location after receiving emails from them regarding my submission application and appointment. I mentioned uploading my documents to their system and was told it is only a "convenience," so the DMV does't have to make copies. This is exactly the kind of poor service the CA DMV is famous for and they have a long history of it. The residents of the state they work for and serve need to rise up, put continuous pressure on this organization and make them give better service and actually care about their customers.

They put a Bat in our packages 📦 It was in the house for 4 days and they don’t even apologize. It could give someone rabies. I’m 75 and I was scared they did this to me and they frightened me. Be aware! Just pay the extra money and get UPS or Fed Ex!

Pleasantly surprised by Bell Gardens, CA DMV Service

I went to the DMV after not having visited a DMV in many years. I dreaded it. I did not have an appointment so I was dreading it even more. I applied for a REAL ID online and wrote down the confirmation code. I took it with me to the Bell Gardens DMV. I noticed there was a line, not a long one, but still a line. There were four ladies seated at a table who were taking people one-by-one from the line. The line moved very quickly. I should mention, prior to my visit, I had gathered all my documents and completed the on-line application for a REAL ID. I wanted to make the experience as painless as possible. The lady who helped me attached a bright pink half-sheet to my documents with the window I was to report to. I went inside and sat for less then 5 minutes before I was called up. The lady processed my documents, took my payment and told me to go to the photograph window. I spent maybe 10 minutes at the first window, if that. I spent less than 10 minutes at the photograph window. All total it took me under an hour at the Bell Gardens, CA DMV. Everyone was pleasant and I was in shock. It was hard to believe that what I thought would take all day, took less than an hour. I commend all of the wonderful employees of the Bell Gardens DMV. Each of them made my experience a pleasant one. This will be my DMV of choice going forward.

Rip-Off Artists

I live in Missouri and I went to renew my driver's license this year 2021 for the $27.00 fee. When I received it, it was "very dark" and you could not see my picture, so if I presented it to any business who wants to see it for identification purposes, they could obviously not tell it was me. Therefore, I went back a week later and re-took the picture over again because they could not "lighten" the picture I had already taken. They can only do so during the time you take the picture. I thought it was going to be "no charge," but they charged me another "$19.50" to re-take the picture over again and told me to submit a form in order to get my $19.50 back. I did, but I found out when I called because it was taking so long that I was only going to get $7.50 of the $19.50 fee that I paid. The whole amount would not be refunded due to "Office processing fees." This is why they call it the "Department of Revenue" because they make money off of you by simply "stealing it." This practice is very unprofessional because they do not let you know in advance that you will not be receiving the full amount you paid and this is also unfair business practices. Due to the fact this was their fault in the first place, they should take responsibility and pay the "full amount" back to the driver's license holder.

We bought a winter home in Sebring

We bought a winter home in Sebring, this year. It is a mobile home, so the sticker needed renewed. I had to make 2 visits. I didn't have the proper paperwork the first trip. However, this DMV office has the nicest personnel of any i have ever encountered in my 73yrs. My husband and I are retired truck drivers, so we have dealt with many in our lives. This office is hands above any in Iowa, Indiana, Nebraska or Missouri.

I went to the dmv in the Bronx

I went to the dmv in the Bronx, the first time ever visiting that one. I had to make 4 visits because I thought I could have my doctor Email me a medical form. I didn’t know it had to be the original form. A lady name Tanasha Makins, helped me on the 3rd visit and she was surprisingly very nice. I have been to 3 different boroughs going to dmv and I have never met anyone as pleasant as Ms. Tanasha Makins I myself work in customer service, that is one thing we expect in dealing with the public. Thank you again Ms. Tanasha for making my DMV experience a wonderful one. I put all my family and friends on notice about my experience.
