I signed up for their insurance in May…

I signed up for their insurance in May and two days afterwards, they already deducted the full amount from my bank account, without issuing the contract and properly confirming the insurance via the necessary documents, which I found a bit unprofessional.
Then an acquaintance told me that they had a really bad experience with this insurance company, so I decided to cancel the contract immediately, which was within two days of signing the agreement.
Almost 3 weeks have passed, and I'm still waiting for them to refund me. How convenient to deduct the money so fast from the customer's account, but when it comes to returning it, they take their sweet time!
I choose to pay annually, so the amount is not really insignificant to me
