Today I visited the ballerup branch and I am disappointed.
Too much salty and oily food
Till now, my stomach feels so bloated .
Seems like foods are not freshly made. I would say flavors are not authentic Thai food at all. Rice was a bit hard, bad smells were coming from the soup and noodles and also salty and oily.
I came here befre but won't come again.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the customer service I received today morning at your restaurant located in Ballerup Center.
During my visit, I encountered a staff member at the billing section – a girl with long black hair wearing a green logo T-shirt. Her behavior towards me and other customers was very rude and unprofessional. She spoke to us in a disrespectful manner, as if we were taking the food for free or had no self-respect. It was quite shocking and unpleasant.
She did not greet or smile, and her way of talking lacked the basic politeness expected in customer service. I have visited this restaurant before, and my experience was completely different at that time – there was a tall black male staff member who treated customers kindly and with respect.
This recent experience has left me very disappointed. I believe customer service is just as important as food quality, and such behavior should not be acceptable.

I WILL WRITE IN ENGLESH SO EVERYBODY CAN UNDERSTAND. THE FOOD WAS SO AND SO TOO MUCH OIL. addittionally THE THAY MADAM IN THE SERVICE AND IN THE CASSA WAS VERY IMPOLITE AND RUDE WITH ME. SHE ASK TO MY BOYFRIEND THAT WAS WITH ME IF I WAS HIS MOTHER. AND LAUGHT IN MY FACE. SHE DESERVE TO GET FIRED IMMIDIATLY . I WILL NEVER COME BACK IN THAT PLACE IF SHE IS STILL THERE. IN ANY CASE THE FOOD CAN BE 1000 TIMES BETTER ...
