Great delivery of my DJ Beginners pack! I had trouble following the lack of instructions for connecting the speakers to the controller. However, after a phone call with them, I had it up and running! Excellent customer service.

Great service
I rang the company as I am a amateur DJ and wanted somthing that would suit my needs I did some research on decks and came across the set up I have now, when I spoke to the person on the phone I asked him about the set up and gave me all the information I needed. I ordered the set up and a very fast delivery I was really happy with my new DJ set up so easy to use and set up in less the a minute the only thing is no opition for a microphone thats not a complaint but overall im impressed with the company I will go back to them when I need a upgrade. Thank you for a great service

Controller didn't turn up in time
It was meant to be next day delivery but I didn't receive my parcel until 5 days later which meant that I couldn't do my gig i had been booked for and that's why I brought the controller so I could do a gig on the Friday after I'd pay for it which I couldn't do because I didn't get the controller didn't turn up until five days later which meant I had give the £500 back that I'd been paid for the gig

Hi, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We are really sorry that there was an issue with DHL and they delivered your item 2 working days late. You called on the planned delivery date to alert us that it was delayed and DHL’s tracking said that the driver had run out of time and they would deliver the next day. DHL failed to deliver on Friday for the same reason so when we noticed on Monday it was still pending, we escalated the matter and your item was successfully delivered later that day. It is a shame that you did not contact us again or make clear that the item was needed urgently as we could have delivered a replacement with a different courier. The parcel could have been collected from the DHL depot over the weekend which is just 3 miles from your house. Had we known we would have been happy to find a solution for you.

I ordered the Pioneer DDJ FLX4, CUE1, DM-50D bundle and couldn't be happier. I did a lot of searching and the price is unbeatable. Delivery was quick and easy, and they even thre in a pack of Haribo. I can't recommend DJ Deals UK enough.

Great service
Great service, product was delayed in delivery but this was the fault of DHL. Contacted DJ deals and they were very helpful in keeping an eye on it. Nice touch with the sweets inside the box :)

Great service
Great service! The website was a breeze to use, simple and easy to follow through to checkout. And great competitively priced as well (which was the main reason for choosing them). The order was processed quickly and despatched next day. Communications via email kept me informed of the status of the order. Order arrived through DPD in good condition too. Would definitely recommend them, and would be somewhere I'd shop again.
