Customer Service is Nonexistent

Terrible customer service, it has been almost a week and I've tried calling and emailing them about a broken argb hub that was sent with the pc but they have refused to contact me back or even pick up the phone. Beginning to thing that the customer service is nonexistent and the information remains on the website for show. Never buy from this company or NewEgg. Pay an extra couple bucks and go with someone more reliable and reputable that has a decent customer service.
