He's is very nice he always tries his best on perfecting everything and he treats every customer like his own family

Would recommend! Kind staff, the man gave me 3 extra chicken pieces, he gave my friend a free meal when he was short on money. Food tastes delicious, especially the spicy wings.

Staff were highly attentive, friendly and customer focused.

Absolutely awful experience. My order took 1 hour 30 minutes to arrive, which is completely unacceptable. No proper updates, no apology — just left waiting and wondering where the food was.

By the time it finally turned up, it was barely enjoyable and definitely not worth the wait. If you can’t handle orders in a reasonable time, you shouldn’t be taking them. This was a total waste of money and time. I won’t be ordering again

Just ordered Dixi for the first time in Widnes absolutely vile can’t believe I’ve spent 32 pounds on rubbish totally uneatable horrible

Dixy customer service are a risk and feel threatened from trying to come to terms with them.

My partner and I just moved into the area. Last night Friday 27th February it was late about 10ish and my partner decided to go and get some food from Dixy chicken .
He came back and we ate our food.
The chicken and chips had a weird taste, like the oil was old but we still ate it a we were hungry. We went to bed bit later and we both had the shits and was sick.
There was something definitely wrong with the food. We not go back again.....

Chicken was wet, unpleasant. Garlic bread was just dough, no garlic. Wedges were decent but shouldn't a chicken place have nice chicken? Came late as well. Wouldn't recommend

I ordered from the Walsall branch through uber eats. I ordered regular pizza buy one get one free deal. When the order came in the pizza was really small in size. When I tried to call the restaurant they rudely hanged up the phone after a few minutes of explaining. Their customer service was really poor instead of listening what is wrong with order all they said this is how pizza comes and said they could not help at all when I called back they didn’t pick up the phone. Rude behaviour shown. Poor customer service.

I used to have dixy chicken all the time and thought I would try it again,but that was a mistake, the donner meat was dry and bland, the salad look like it had been out for days, the chips looked like they had been made when they first opened the shop, the ketchup tasted like acid. The food was inedible it was disgusting. I will never order again

I tried the recently opened Dixy Chicken in Basingstoke.
The staff was very welcoming and happy to be working. Unlike other Basingstoke chicken places.
Ordered a hot box meal eat in.
The heat was on point.
The chicken burger was very good
Juicy and not greasy.
Hot wings and onion rings didn’t
Last long either.
I even liked the loaded chips even the drink was a good standard for a Pepsi max from the gun.
So ordered some chicken pieces to try
Them too and wasn’t fobbed of a drumstick either. 2 medium sized pieces which tasted very good.
Very happy with the meal, the manager even came over and asked if we
Needed anything and if we was ok.
Nice touch.
It was the middle of the afternoon and I appreciated the attention.
Great experience and I’ll be back…
