My experience today
My experience today, 9 June 2026, with the advisor on the phone was very disappointing.
I called to chase an update regarding the Consent Order application submitted by my ex-husband. The advisor was not helpful and did not provide any meaningful update on the progress of the case or explain what actions had been taken. Instead, I was simply told that my ex-husband needed to contact the pension company to obtain approval.
When I relayed this information to my ex-husband, he informed me that the pension company had already been contacted and that they were currently waiting for a response. This raises the question of why I was not given this information during my call in the first place.
I found the advisor to be arrogant, abrupt, and dismissive. He showed little interest in assisting me or providing clear and accurate information about the status of the application. Overall, the level of customer service I received was poor and left me feeling frustrated and unsupported.

I have looked into the matter and spoken with the advisor involved to clarify the status of the Consent Order. To provide some clarity, because your husband is our client, Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) strictly limit what information we can obtain directly from third parties, such as the pension provider.
Our advisor’s intention was to explain that because of these restrictions, the pension company requires direct contact from the policyholder (our client) to progress the approval. We understand from our client that he has indeed chased them, and we are currently awaiting their formal response so the Consent Order can be finalised.
We appreciate that the divorce process can be incredibly stressful, and I am sorry if the tone of the call did not reflect the supportive environment we strive to maintain. We are monitoring the matter closely and will update our client the moment the pension company responds.

Everything was straight forward
Everything was straight forward, and they did all the work. Only thing I couldn't stand is how long these courts take to do their job there was always some long waiting period in between each stage. But great job by legal team

Divorce -Online has been such an amazing help during my divorce. Thank you for making it as easy as it could be by organising and sending all the paperwork - showing where I needed to sign and then sending the documents off to the courts - plus keeping me informed at all times. From beginning to end it took around 9mths
When I wasn’t sure of something I would email my case manager who was Stuart May and he was always quick to reply whether email or phone call , and could answer my queries always - so please do mention to him how helpful he was.
Divorce is a sad time as an ending to what you hope it going to be a forever partnership. But sometimes it breaks up due to no fault of our own and to have your company help guide you at one of most stressful periods of an adults life is amazing and the overall cost is very low for all the hard work and support that Divorce -Online give. Smooth, fast, simple process
I was quite apprehensive about getting divorced especially as my ex lives in a different country. Divorce Online made everything incredibly simple, smooth, and anxiety-free for me. the process was smooth, efficient and bang on time. Once I commenced the process and studied the time line, I put a date in my diary of the earliest date the divorce would be concluded. it was completed on that date some 9 months later
