I ordered a dress that is still yet to arrive I have sent an email asking where it is but have had no reply , I have also not received my dispatch email to track the package I think it is extremely poor customer service

Thank you so much for my order. Not only did I place it on Saturday morning,I received it on Saturday morning. When I popped into the shop for a sneaky peek at the gorgeous googies Lucy and her lovely staff have on offer,I was greeted with a warm smile and a "Did you place an order this morning, here you are all done".
One of the best shops in Buxton, we are so lucky to have it and long may it be around to stock up our drawers and wardrodes with delights.

First time I've used the website as I normally shop in store but was so easy to use and when I collect from store the assistant was very helpful and lovely.

I tried to order my purchase through Play.com. they declined my payment about 4 times, was really pissed off. My son wanted a few things for Xmas. Wasn't happy with them, so went direct to Divine Trash clothing. No problems, whatsoever. Thank you guys. I have received my order and once again thank you. In future, i will go direct to you.

Divine trash is a great shop. If you're looking for something different then pay a visit. The staff are extremely helpful and cheerful. Good value clothes and much better than other high street shops. Their online service is great and free UK delivery. I can definitely recommend paying a visit.

I was shopping in Buxton with my family and spied a few things which I liked. Unfortunately I couldn't buy from the shop at the time as one item was to be a present for my daughter so when I got home I looked on their website for the items. All but one could be found so I used the online message system and Lizzie immediately returned to me to say this item wasn't on the website but I could buy it over the 'phone. My other items were bought through via the website and Lizzie arranged for all the items to be delivered in one parcel the next day. Love it!

I brought this handbag to take to London with me - it has a buckle front that is not attached to the front pocket. There is a magnetic catch behind the buckle strap and the front of the pocket. The square pocket is big enough for 3 cds or a small book.Inside the bag there is a phone pocket and a small zipped pocket at the back - for tickets etc. There is a zip across the top of the bag and a strap that can be lengthened to go across the body or worn on the shoulder. There is also a larger zipped pocket at the back of the bag -so plenty of storage space. The leather is lovely and soft and I look forward to using it.
