Glasses look pretty but are very poorly made. They have the worst customer service. They don't answer their phone. You are instructed to leave a message and they will get back with you.
They never returned my call. Their FB page is a joke. After many of the ccrystals fell out, I asked if I could by replacements. They said they would get back with me after I sent a picture. They never did. If you want glasses with a lot a bling - find another company. Look at the reviews. They are justified.

I am writing you because my reading eyeglasses that I have ordered from you all less than 6 months ago, just cracked and broke on my face. They have not been dropped at all. I was sitting down, doing paperwork, and they just literally cracked on my face. One of the lenses just fell out and cracked as well. I am truly disappointed because I spent a pretty good amount on these from you guys and I receive compliments everywhere I go. Plus, I've shared you all's website with tons of people for future customers and orders. I was hoping that you all could send me another pair to replace these? If this situation can reach a positive outcome for me, then I would gladly appreciate it.
